The owner and sole employee is ***********************. He was distracted while assisting me in making preparations for my sons unexpected death. *** was unable, or unwilling, to confirm that my sons body had been picked up from the **************************** He shared inappropriate stories of encouraging his son to press the button to begin the cremation of Kens mother and information about other clients whose child had died. I live out of state and *** failed to keep me informed despite me leaving detailed voice mail messages and sending detailed emails. *** did not contact me that me sons remains were available for a family member to pick up as early as November 19, 2022. Despite requesting at least 3 times that *** obtain my sons personal items from the *************************** he did not follow through until December 14, 2022. Kens lack of professionalism made an unbearable situation nightmarish. He should not be allowed to work directly with grieving families unless and until he completes a training course. The *************************** treated me with more respect and care the *** did. DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY.
