Bought a massage chair( iC-sMart) from Massagechair4Less 05/22/2020. Warranty states is has a five year warranty on electronic parts. The main pcb board needs to be replaced. The chair gives an error "E4" and does not complete any massage program. Massagechairs4Less will not answer any of the emails I sent them. I cannot find a working phone number for their business. I searched the ******************* Secretary of State website to try to get their current address. It listed 3 different addresses and I mail a letter to each one and have not received a response. They are still doing business on **** selling the same chair I bought. Ref. Item# ************. I sent in the warranty registration card as required. I have all my original documents from the purchase. They just refuse to communicate with me. This last chair was the ********* bought from this company. I am at a lost as to how I can remedy this problem. With me in ********* and them in **********, it would next to impossible to file a small claims law suit. I just want them to provide me a replacement main board.
