In February 2021 my wife and I ordered an expensive ***** Bahama bedroom set from Woodbridge Interiors *********** We were quoted 10 to 12 weeks in writing from ******. We were excited as we were moving to a new home. Several months later we received the nightstands and dresser but not the bed. Going on 7 months and dozens of calls to our sales person and store Manager **** we are still waiting for the bed. **** says he has no idea when it will ship but his boss is working with the bed builder to expedite the order. That was several weeks ago and still no delivery date.They blame the delay on covid and shipping issues but reading the poor reviews on yelp from this and their previous store Thomasville, similar issues and poor customer service started years before covid.We are seniors sleeping on a mattress on the floor. Please help us get the rest of our bedroom set, or if they can't deliver refund the entire matching bedroom set. Regards, *******************Business response

**** B,we are truly sorry for the delay on your bed. Your triple dresser and 2 nightstands did arrive on time and we were able to deliver those items to you onApril 16th, 2021. Your bed is schedule to arrive in our California warehousein early September. Once again, we are sorry for the delay but we are at themercy of our vendor and delays that have been seen throughout our industry. Thankyou for your patience.
