            In February 2020, BBB investigated Wyckes Furniture LLC’s business practices. This investigation was prompted by the sudden closure of the showroom stores.

            BBB sent the company an SBQ (Standard Business Questionnaire) on February 20, 2020 via email. The business failed to return a response. BBB attempted to contact the business by phone but was unsuccessful in getting connected and leaving a voicemail. Additionally, BBB sent the company several letters via the United States Postal Service to multiple business addresses. These letters were returned from each address. 


            BBB conducted research in an effort to confirm that the business is currently operating. BBB’s research concludes that the business may have closed all physical locations, but still operates online. BBB however is unable to confirm these findings. 


            BBB encourages consumers to review the company’s website, see if there is any negative information about the company, or check to see if BBB has any complaints reported. Also, check the website for contact information such as phone numbers, emails, and mailing addresses. Consumers want to make sure the company can be easily contacted if any issues may arise.
