      I bought a furniture from them. When i the item after 9 months is was all broken..I told the Rider delivery man to take it back since it all broken and quality is really bad.. he told us we cant take it back until merchant will tell us to do so.. we opened a charge back against merchant but they make a decision on their favor.. We have sent them all the pic and recording where manager was cursing my husband.. Manager used the ** words and what not.. I want them to pick up item and give my money back..

      I ordered furniture September 15, 2021. I kept receiving emails of delay after delay, finally in December I received an email my furniture would be delivered. The furniture shows up missing the bottom the table and two chairs. I contact customer service at least 15 times with no response other than your ticket will be escalated. If you try to call you get left on hold for over an hour then hung up on. If you do reach a person they tell you Ill escalate your order. The same BS you get via email. As of todays date I have not received the rest of my order my table top is sitting on the side of the wall and my dining room is unusable. I paid ******** for furniture I cant use and the company refuses to send me my money back.

      I did NOT ACCEPT the delivery of sofa due to it being the wrong piece. I called immediately and spoke with a man that told me "no refunds explained that I didn't want a refund just needed the correct one delivered. I asked to speak with a manager/management was told within 24-42hrs they would call me but I didn't get a call back then emailed also mailed a written letter unfortunately still having no luck. Had to purchase another sofa elsewhere. A diff man employee had put my original order in the computer system for me on the phone cause I was having difficulty with app working. I have tried to get this resolve by not accepting delivery of the wrong one & getting the right one scheduled still getting billed and on credit report for furniture I never received.
