      It all started with an E-mail informing me of an undeliverable package back in November of this year. Thinking it was something I was expecting I paid $ **** delivery fee with my credit card. Then was told ' Welcome to QuickGames.online! Gold Membership, Next charge Nov 24, 2023. Of course I immediately started the process of cancelling this ' Membership '. After logging in, I entered a chatbot with ' ******* ', explained the situation and he assured me it would be canceled. However Nov. 24 I received an E-mail telling me my card will be charged $ *****. Two times I had to call my credit card company to prevent being charged for something I never wanted in the first place. If possible please tell this company to remove my email from their records and stop charging my card. Thank you.

      This is a replay to the notification received in regards to ************************************************ complaint.
      Our services at quickgames consist in getting access to premium online games content, providing a different experience to customers, giving customers the freedom to choose what and when to access the content. The services and the platforms content were made available to the user from the first moment and for the whole time the membership was active. We can see that the customer contacted requesting the cancellation of the membership and was canceled on December 5th, 2023.
      Taking into consideration that all our customers are important to us, and in good faith from our side, we have refunded on December 7th 2023 the $48 transaction for access to the platforms content. The amount was returned to the initial payment method used by the customer.
      Respectfully, I therefore request that you drop your claim against us for the reasons exposed.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the previous charges as the subscription has been stated in our ******************* My goal is to provide you with the best customer service to ensure your 100% satisfaction. Please note that the ***** USD charge is non-refundable as per our Terms and Conditions. It's linked to a bank verification code you provided during the purchase, which you agreed to.       I was checking my balance on line this morning for my checking account. I found $56.50 was being withdrawn from my account. It actually said pending. I immediately called my bank to stop it from going through. But the agent said there was nothing that they could do and I need to call the business myself. I did that! The agent at the business told me that they don't refund. I am sixty three years old and I don't play any games but Solitaire. My husband and I are on a fixed income and I can't afford to just give away money. I need you to help me get my money back. The money was taken from my **** DEBIT CARD. I'm pretty sure one of my grandsons took my card without my knowledge. Which I will be speaking to my daughter about this later this evening when she gets home from work. I think this is an unfair practice of FASTGAMES.SITE. and should not be tolerated by you, the BBB. Thank You.

      I have been charged twice for something I didn't order and have tried contacting them to no avail charged ***** on 1/14(23 and then again ***** 2/11/23 can't get through to them on the phone

      Our services at quickgames.online consist in getting access to premium online games content, providing a different experience to customers, giving customers the freedom to choose what and when to access and view. Having said that, there is no evidence that we are responsible for the misuse of the subscription plan, the services were made available immediately as promised and stated in our Terms and Conditions.
      Taking into consideration that all our customers are important to us, and in good faith from our side, we have refunded on February 28th 2023 in full the two 58$ transactions made by *********************************** for access to the platforms content. The amounts were returned to the initial payment method used by the customer.
      Respectfully, I therefore request that you drop your claim against us for the reasons exposed.
