Absolutely the worst service possible. Much like the other reviews, the company sends a confirmation that the product was delivered when it was not. When I contacted customer service, they said that the product was delivered and after calling the florist that got the order, said that they did not deliver it at the day/time stated in the confirmation but tried to deliver it the morning of the funeral but the facility was closed. When I said I was at the facility at that time and no one delivered anything, they stated that they still had the order and would confirm a time when they would be able to deliver. Guess what? They never called back with any delivery time and never delivered the arrangement. When I asked about who the "local florist" was the got my order so I could call them personally to see about pick up, they refused to give me the name of the company. In my opinion, this should be illegal. There is no accountability for anyone in the process and no communication. Please encourage anyone that wants to purchase any floral product, to call their local florist directly and bypass FTD. I am asking the BBB to get involved in this process and hold FTD accountable. Based on their rating, they should obviously not be in business. Thank you.
