I purchased a garage door from this company. When the owner was giving me the bid, he asked if I was getting other quotes. I told him I was, and he assured me that the difference between his company and the competition was that he would be there anytime I need the doors adjusted or repaired. Unfortunately, I hit and damaged the door backing out of the garage. I contacted ***** in January or February and told him I damaged the bottom section. The door was operational, but I think the bottom section is bent and needs to be replaced. He assured me he would be right out to check it out. He never came out. I left several left messages, none returned, ***** finally came out on March 6th. He looked at the door and said he would order the bottom section and replace it, no problem. I called and spoke with or texted ****************, the apparent office manager several times. The typical response was "***** is really busy, if you don't hear back from us in a week or so, call back". I explained our door is progressively getting worse and it needs to be repaired. No response. On March 29th, I sent a text stating it appears as though they are not going to repair our door and asked if I could please get the name of the manufacturer so I can get someone else to repair our door. We have a three-car garage and I need the panels to match. ***** finally called me back and said he would order the door and repair it "next week". I said great, but we will be on vacation next week and he could repair it on April 13th. He said he would order the door that day and would be out on the 13th. He never showed. No call, no text. On April 13th I contacted ******* and asked about the status. It is April 30th after 6:00 PM. There has been no response from ******* or *****. I can't find the manufacturer label on the doors and have no source to get the replacement panel other than All American. I have my call log and texts for documentation on my efforts to get my garage door repaired. Thank you.
