They held $99 for services that I never received. They tried to charge my account over $700, but my bank caught and flagged them, and they used three different names. I called and text with their customer service team, and they told me out of courtesy they'd partially refund me. I explained that these were fraudulent charges, and they still kept my money.Business response

I rented a server and they had provided the mod pack for the server. The mods were causing the server to crash, but they do not provide mod support, even though they provide the mod pack. Upon being request to shut down the server early, they consent and shut down the server but refused to provide a refund and instead provided a credit. They are refusing to refund the credit. It is not possible to transfer the credit or to assist because it has been more than 72 hours. They will not provide any other information on what their refund policy is.Business response

I paid g plans $136.74 on 09/10/24 with the understanding that I was purchasing ozemptic medication. After they took my payment they explained that in order to get this medication, I would have to pay another fee of $290. I simply requested a refund and wanted to cancel my subscription. They said they would refund me and cancel. I have not received my refund.Business response

Their add was on ******** for *******. After paying them almost $600 the site asked for additional money for the ******* meds. The site said that only a generic oral med is included. Its a scam. Called them the next morning for cancelation and they said they will only refund $494. This site needs to be stopped.Business response

On 8/12/24, I signed up to obtain a weight loss medication with G-Plans through their online site. During the checkout process, I was agreeing to pay $129 (Dr. consult fee) and $229 (medication fee). It offered a "trial meal plan" of 5 meals for $10.99 (plus tax). There was no other info given about the meals. I received an email later that day stating I needed to confirm my 5 meal choices before shipping. On 8/21/24, I received another email stating the same-confirm my next order of 5 meals. I called the company directly at ************. I stated I didn't order the additional 5 meals, as I had only signed up for the "trial 5 meals" for $10.99 plus tax. The representative I spoke with stated that I had a "meal plan subscription" that consisted of 5 meals per week for 5 weeks, paying $10.99 plus tax each week. She stated if I canceled this meal plan before the 5 weeks were done, I'd have to pay a cancellation fee of $59.00. This is NOT what I signed up for. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, the representative said no one was available, and they'd call me back to my cell number. I didn't hear back from them until 9/1/24 via an email stating that I should arrange a discussion with them. I called again on 9/11/24, asked to speak to a supervisor. Again, none were available. I requested a call back, and again, got an email. This email stated the meal delivery plan is managed by a third-party company, and, since I signed up for the meal plan subscription, cannot be canceled without paying the $59 cancel fee. I did not sign up for a meal plan subscription. There was nothing stating anything of the like during the checkout process. This is fraudulent. I'm reporting this because it is wrong. G-Plans is cheating customers out of money, and I don't want this happening to others. The $59 I would like refunded is small, but the deceit G-Plans is practicing is huge. They were reported to BBB in 2022, and their fraudulent practices continue.Business response

I keep getting emails from advertisers that I havent signed up for and the last ones say unsubscribe here and when I click that it signs me up for more spam! There is no actual unsubscribe. I have read all fine print. It has different products each email. This is just the latest one.Business response

The amount they said it would cost was misrepresented by hundreds of dollars. They say on their website it is as little as $3 a day for weight loss injections, and then when they got my credit card info they immediately charged me without the mandatory Doctor consultation and about $700 more than what they represented. I tried to access my account and they wont let me in or update my password. When I tried using their customer service chat they said were offline and will contact you when were back How can they charge me for something that has a mandatory doctor referral which I havent had. I honestly had no idea there was a $430 consultation fee and then charge me $399 for a medication Im not sure Id qualify to receive without the doctor referral. I signed up with this company to receive a medication that I need that my insurance company wont cover. They advertised a price of $599.00 for three months for the medication I needed. After a quick qustionaiire and before I even spoke to a medical professional, they required me to pay the $599.00. They then immediately went to another screen that said the medication I needed was an additional $399 a month, which was not disclosed anywhere else. When I tried to cancel immediately, I was told that they couldnt refund it but could only offer me a slightly cheaper plan. This is such predatory marketing, and so detrimental to people like me who are living on a fixed income because of health reasons to begin with. I have since contacted my bank and am now working with them to find a resolution.
