    Well i barely signed up and i chose to do the monthly plan because i cant afford 500 dollars at once so they charged me the129 and a few mins later i got a message from my bank acct saying fraud alert that gplans was trying to charge another 500 dollars after i paid the 129? Well they are not clear about any of it until they fail to get their payment so of course i try to cancel and get my refund and i am getting no where cant talk to nobody i only get a robot sending the same thing over and over.GPLANS NOT COOL AT ALL I AM A STRUGGLING SINGLE WOMAN AND I CANT AFFORD TO BE SCAMMED PLEASE CANCEL AND REFUND MY MONEY ...

    I signed up for the product and service on 4-4-25. I emailed Monday and was told that it was an unmanned email. *********************************** I then sent a message via their online chat, and they didn't answer my question about cancelling. I called them this morning and told them I wanted to cancel everything. No service has been received or provided. I was charged over 500 dollars and then was told that I would only get a portion of that amount back via refund. I told them that was unacceptable as I had not received a product or service. I was told that they would open a case and would get an email shortly. This was at 8AM this morning and no e-mail was received. I am disputing the charge through my credit card company, and I want the full amount refunded back to my card.

    I never received service or *********** prescription ever!! I was charged on my *** account 4 times before noticing unauthorized charges when I received a tax statement.2/27/24 charged $313.34 5/28/24 charged $313.34 8/26/24 charged $313.34 11/26/24 charged $313.24 I had to cancel my hsa card as these are unauthorized charges with no notification of being charged. This is simply theft!!! There is no way to dispute or communicate with this company I filled this as fraudulent charges with my *** account.

    -Signed up for G-Plans in August of 2023 and paid $99 for 3 months. -Emailed to cancel my plan in October/November of 2023 as I did not enjoy their program.-Received confirmation via email that my account had been indeed cancelled and they were sad to see me go. -May of 2024, received a charge of $99 -Aug of 2024, charged $99 -Nov of 2024, charged $99 -Feb of 2025, charged $99 I did not catch the initial charges in May, Aug, and Nov of 2024. Realized that I had been charged in February of this year, 2025, and ran a search and found the other charges.I have no emails or receipts sent from G-Plans as to explain what these charges are, or why they happened. I am attempting to recoup this money from G-Plans, and have not been able to connect with anyone, as they only allow communication via email, so far no response. After seeing the charge, I attempted to log in to my old account to see if I could determine what was happening. It opened for me, but said that my account was in "Vacation Mode". I navigated to the subscription area and noticed a "Cancel Subscription" Link. I followed that link to ensure that I would not be charged again while waiting to hear back from the company. I received an error screen that said "Current payment method not allowed for cancellation." I thought perhaps I had paid using my ***** account, but there is no record of that subscription existing in my ***** subscriptions. This company is charging my CC without my permission, and have purposefully made recouping those charges impossible.

    4-1/25 I payed 594 for services for Glp 1 meds/ consultations . And another 299 was charged for a compound med.. Never was contacted for services and didn't never receive any medications 4-3-25 was supposed to receive meeting /consultation with a Naala ***** nit contact msde from them ni reply to repeated texts Tried contacting company ..Unsuccessful.. No email response.. Bot customer services.

    I was looking at *** websites and the search result showed as Noom in ******. I was later charged both a medication fee and subscription fee when I was not even fully approved and was trying to get a quote. There is no way to make an account online and cancel the service. They should only be charging if you are approved and I saw I was charged doctor fees without even knowing if I would need a doctor. No one is responding and it is completely fraudulent to charge for services I never used using a more reputable company name to trick customers.

    On 4/27/25 I noticed an item in my bank account to this company. I have never, and will never use these services. This charge has resulted in no end of problems for me as I've had to cancel my bank card. I'd sure like to know how in the heck they randomly charged me.

    I reached out to customer service via the non responsive Chat function for a refund and cancelation and never heard back. According to the vast majority of reviews they are a scam and I agree. I will continue to seek a refund of ******.

    I filled out G-plans questions and submitted on 3/19/25. They responded I qualified for the Glp-1 weight loss program and that a professional would call me on 3/20/25 at 10:00am. I was notified by bank on 3/20/25 that ****** was removed from my account and I did not receive promised call, I waited 2hrs . I have since called and text to no avail. I am a senior citizen living on a fixed income and I just wanted to lose 50lbs not be scammed. I should have checked BBB first. I just want my money back.

    I signed up for GPlans in late 2023, but with the holidays I did not get around to scheduling a consultation with a doctor until February 2024. After meeting with a doctor he prescribed me medication for weight loss. However upon checking my credit card statement I saw that GPlans not only charged me the $594 for the pro plan, but immediately started charging me an additional $229 a month for a prescription that hadn't been written for or given to me yet. I tried to reach out to their customer support about the charges and got a weird an unhelpful mix of automatic automated replies and generic info such as when in the month billing occurs on your card. I then got a follow up email asking me to rate them. This went on for a couple weeks and resolved nothing. I probably should have just canceled then but at that point I had barely started and spent a lot of money so I was hesitant to. Things were okay for a while but then in January 2025 the prescription I received was very much delayed and when it arrived the ice packs were melted and the prescription was for half the amount I had been taking for months. Since this was an injectable medication that needs to remain refrigerated I was concerned so I again tried reaching out to G-plans and got no response. Most recently I have gotten used to monitoring the monthly $229 Rx charges from them on my credit card, but then I saw a random charge for $59 simply labeled "G PLANS". I again emailed their support email inquiring about what the charge was for since I had not been sent any sort of receipt for any service rendered. It has been a few days now and still no response from them like usual. I think it maybe be officially time to attempt to cancel any membership/relationship with them and their non-existent customer service.
