I have irritable bowel syndrome, I have a family history of colon cancer, I have really bad symptoms, abnormal string stools, bleeding, constipation, diarrhea, abdominal pain. I went back in January 2021 to Wells Space, I had an appointment at the greenback location. I was told a referral for a colonoscopy was sent to the SPIRIT program, and I had to wait about 4 to 6 months. I waited... I never got the appointment, so I went back on November 1st to ask about the status of my referral, I went to the location on Rancho Cordova, and the front desk lady told me that the referral was never sent, that maybe somebody forgot to send it, I was shocked, and desperate because the symptoms are getting worse and worse. She gave me an appointment for the same day, I went and talked to Kathy Nguyen, the nurse that checked me. I explained all the situation, how my symptoms are getting worse every day, how desperate I was, and how I didn't understand why back in January I was given false information, and how "somebody" didn't send the referral. and she said she was going to send the referral again. she said she did, and I had to wait another couple of months. I went to the Rancho Cordova office yesterday, to ask about the status of my referral. The front desk lady said that somebody was going to call me to inform me, and she confirmed that the referral was sent. I got a call today from a lady called Daniela Martinez, to inform me that the referral was never sent. I couldn't believe it, she said that "somebody dropped the ball", so once again, they lied. The people from Well Space gave me false information, putting my life and health at risk. As a patient, I put my life and health in their hands and they deceive me, they are toying with my health. I wanted to know if I had cancer if it was an early stage the possibilities of surviving are higher, but obviously, WellsSpace don't care about health. I need my referral to be expedited to SPIRIT please
