            I ordered a Step2bed from Step2health as a gift for a friend. She decided she could not use it. I called to say I was returning it, I spoke to a man and he sent me an email authorization to return. I returned it unopened, within 2 weeks of receiving. I waited for my money to be credited to my card. It was not. After 3 weeks I called and no one answered. I called two more times leaving a message those times. No calls were returned. After 5 weeks I went to my credit card company for a dispute and refund the charge. I would not recommend doing business with this company.
