I ordered a Louis ******* purse and Louis ******* Jordans I have not received them or a confirmation email. Ive only received an email saying they got my money. Ive been seeing a lot of bad reviews. I want to know if this is a scam they have not sent me an email saying that my stuff has been sent or a number for me to track it.Business Response

I received this as a gift.I did pick out the jacket and the graphics and sent screenshots to my parents for Christmas.I myself, have worked in a screen printing shop and I know that this is easily avoidable. After wearing it once the decals on the sleeves started peeling up. See photos below. The person who ordered it for me is ***************. I almost ordered $500 worth of stuff from this website. I decided to check the reviews first just to make sure and there are multiple and multiple complaints that the customer never received their order. Then it also says they cant get refunds or even get through to the company once the transaction has been made This is clearly a scammer. What is the point in BBB if youre not gonna shut down scammer businesses. Please close this site down so no one else gets scammed.Business Response

On November 23rd I placed an order with Thissporty for $80.00. The order numbered ****** never came although they indicated that it was delivered December 22nd by UPS.I did receive a package on Dec 22nd of a plastic footrest which I never ordered. I contacted Thissporty via email as I have been doing since December 14th which was the last estimated delivery date they gave me and they've stop responding. I tried calling but the numbers are not in service.I am exhausted from running behind this and need some resolve. Either I get the correct order or a full refund of my $80.Business Response

Thissporty took money from my bank account without giving me a confirmation number for my order. Every time I try calling the business, theres always a problem getting someone on the phone as though the phone is off. Theres no response to my emails.
