I ordered an iPhone through these people and paid over $1,000. My account was paid off at the end of November. I received a notification in my email stating that my account was paid off and that my order would not ship until 12/29. I have been in contact with customer service on a weekly basis regarding the shipment. Finally they told me that apple is shipping them a big order the second week of January. Well here we are the second week of January and I have no phone. I contact customer service again and they stated that they have been getting orders from Apple since September which is contradictory to what I was told. Now I'm being told that processing my refund is going to take one to two weeks. They are nothing but a scam.Review from Smith

Put a PS5 on layaway in June made all payments on time paid off November 9th. Thinking I would get a shipment verification email because the product states it will be shipped within 3 days. Finally got ahold of a rep she told me they haven't got a shipment from **** in months and they don't know when they will get one . Are you serious this was a christmas gift for my son now I've pd over ****** your telling me basically don't look for it anytime soon. I had to cancel the paid in full layaway now I have to go crazy trying to find a PS5 because I wasted my time with this company. False advertising they could've at least communicated with me through the layaway about the shipment they haven't received in months.Review from Britt H

Paid off an item a month ago got an email it will ship out by Oct.21 and still have not received an update. Have 2 other items on layaway. They will be Christmas gifts so no rush but if its going to take over a month after an item is paid off they need to get rid of the false "ships 3 days after final payment" other then that the payment options are good and the down-payment charge is good.
