I chose a Doctor close to my home in Rancho ********. That was **************. I had to wait for nearly three weeks for him to see me. I showed up and paid my ** pay. He never came out to call me into his office. It was nearly a half an hour while other patients kept going before me. I went to the **unter, asked for a refund and asked for another doctor to be assigned to me. The person at the **unter said that I would really like ***************************************. She pointed to his picture on the wall and said he is the head of all the doctors in the Rancho ******** location. I agreed to set another appointment with him as my new physician even though it would be another two week plus wait. My new appointed with **************** was scheduled for 11-01-2022. I WAS CALLED ON THAT DATE BY HIS ASSISTANT AND SHE SAID: "**************** HAS CALLED OUT AND WONT BE SEEING YOU TODAY..." WHAT?!Did he stay out too late on Halloween? I waited nearly three weeks for this highly re**mmended doctor and he's a no show?! So I had to make another appointment which put me out another nearly three weeks to wait for ****************. Guess what?My appointment was set for this Tuesday, 11-22-2022. HIS ASSISTANT CALLED ME ON 11-18-2022 AND SAID THE **************** CANCELLED HIS APPOINTMENT WITH ME AND THAT I HAD TO SCHEDULE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT!! What kind of a doctor is this person? What if this was your elderly parents being put off these multiple times and they needed care like I do? What if it were your child who was being put off by **************** when they needed care like I do? How long would you let this doctor put you off for weeks and weeks with no explanation or even a reassignment to another doctor in his absence? This is unacceptable and I demand an apology. Also, I am seeking that **************** be held ac**untable for his careless and unprofessional behavior by his superiors at Kaiser. No doctor is to high or too important to be mistreating our time and healthcare needs as **************** has shown in in my case!
