Received our watch and realized we didnt need it. I emailed support to ask to have the watch returned but got no reply. I emailed July 8th and July 29th but got no response. I also tried their RMA process and havent gotten a response beyond the email doesnt exist. I tried calling support July 17th and August 9th but nobody was available to answer the call. Ive been trying to return this watch for a refund since July 8th but the only response Ive gotten is a marketing email asking if I want to buy more products.Initial Complaint

The company describes a Their watches as water resistant and water proof. You wont know the water proof option is NOT completely water proof unless you look for their WP clause on their website (not mentioned in product description). I received a replacement watch but it not have a SIM card with it- Ive been charged for services I havent been able to use for over a month now.Customer service is horrible based solely on the fact that they do not answer calls or emails consistently. Ive called dozens of times to no avail.Initial Complaint

I purchased an AngelWatch for my active young son. The screen shattered within 8 days of him using it. They were unable to repair or replace it, as the warranty FOR A CHILDRENS PRODUCT does not include damage to the screen. This is ridiculous. So I spent nearly $200 for a product that lasted for only a week, and after contacting customer service, they have no solution for you other than to purchase a new watch. And the marketing emails I received say "12 month satisfaction guarantee" - I'm clearly not satisfied with a product that breaks after only a couple of uses. So that is also false advertising. We ordered a smart watch for our son and the power button fell off. I reached out to the company to ask for a replacement power button. They requested pictures of the watch which we submitted however they said because the watch face was damaged nothing could be done. I explained the scratches of the face of the Watch were not our concern, but that we just needed a replacement button which fell out of the (undamaged) casing. Purchased a watch for my son in August of 2022. He was able to use it and I was able to monitor him for about 2-3 months. Then we started having issues with the watch that would put me in the position to have to remove the *** card daily and sometimes that didnt even work. Then the charger stopped charging the watch. Called customer service and they were supposed to mail out a new charger since I pay monthly for a protection plan. That was in February and still have not received the replacement charger. Now Im out the money for the watch, 9 months of protection plan payments, and 9 months of service plan payments. AND I STILL CAN NOT GET THE WATCH TO WORK. Bought their watch and set it up on June 24th. Had the watch for 2 weeks or just over. It was very well taken care of minus the moment it got wet while on my sons arm in a bad storm. We just happened to not have our umbrellas when the heavens opened up. That night it *** called my husband and I ALLL night long. The next day it was mostly fine but, we noticed it wasnt ringing when we called him. However, the next time we charged it it wouldnt turn on. Took the charger with us. Attached it in the car it turned on and we could use the touchscreen. It would time out and turn off minutes later. The *** button doesnt work anymore either. SIM card is fine, seals are good. Reached out via email to be told we can pay most of the cost of the watch to have it fixed or buy another one with a 50% off coupon. Pushed back and they reiterated that that was my ************. It states it is waterproof and we have NEVER submerged it! Oh and icing on the cake our bank charged us a $4.49 international charge because it is a ****** ******* Company. Which means I will be charged another intentional fee on top of paying for another watch after this one broke with 2 WEEKS of use. ****** as a 2 year consumer guarantee and its common practice in the US that you can exchange, get a refund or have fixed an item within 30 days of purchase without charge. I dont care which they do I just want a functional product that will protect my son as they promise! You cant give me a new one or fix this one for free than I want a refund! I want it made right. Please. I wouldnt be so upset but 2 WEEKS seriously! And our son is one of those old man meticulous kids who gets made fun of by other kids for taking care of his stuff and he has yet had the privilege to use it with us not around so its not us!
