    We hired business in July 2021 to take care of our pool. Price agreed upon was $110 per month. Although they were in charge, we always had an algae problem so we could not use it. We discussed this with one of the workers and he said we needed two algae treatments 2 days apart. We agreed, but then they kept coming without our permission to enter beyond the days agreed upon to allegedly add more algaecide. They charged us a ridiculous amount of money although the algae issue continued. We sent them an email with following info: 1- We were never informed of the additional services you allegedly provided (numerous Algaecide treatments in addition to the services we contracted your company for) even though we requested in writing that you let us know when someone from your company would be coming over any other time that the scheduled Mondays. You unilaterally decided to (allegedly) provide additional services without consulting us and/or asking if we agreed to such services and charges. 2- (Thus) We never approved or agreed to paying for the requested amount and/or additional services you allegedly provided. 3- We had our water tested a day or two after we stopped your services and the water was deemed unsafe to swim in, albeit the fact that we were paying you to keep our pool swim-ready for several months. In fact, the staff at Leslies pool laughed when we told them we had a pool guy due to the status of the water. 4- Our agreement was to pay $110 per month. Instead, we paid $365 for two months. 5- Even if paying for two of the additional algaecide treatments you allegedly provided, we actually over-paid you $75.00.It should be noted that our pool has been sparkly clean and in safe conditions since we ended your services and decided to maintain the pool ourselves. We simply add the chemicals recommended by Leslies pool and run the filters and cleaners as instructed by them.-They keep emailing is invoices and tacking on fees.
