Arrowhead Insurance was the insurance company for my homeowner insurance for the last 3 years. My next year's insurance payment day is due today (11/27/2023), and when I tried to pay it online, my police disappeared and no payment link. I tried to contact Arrowhead, and they claim the payment must be done by 12:01am, but their website states "You can make a ********** hours a day at ArrowheadExchange.com for no additional charge." under the question of "If my bill is due today how can I make a payment today?". and they refuse to restore my policy which puts me at the risk of no coverage for my home.Business response

Thank you for the opportunity to review our policyholders recent concerns. Please note Arrowhead General Insurance Agency, **** is the general agent ****** American Insurance Company (******).
We have reviewed our policyholders concerns, please consider the following:
The policyholders request to adjust the deductible was processed on November 28,2023. Arrowhead General Insurance Agency, **** underwriting reached out to the insured at processed the 2023-2024 renewal payment in the amount of $1,821.13 renewing the policy.Customer response

I have a claim with Arrowhead General Insurance Company (American ****************** #********. I filed it around 02/15/2023. There was a slab leak and both bathrooms were found to have mold and asbestos. An abatement company gutted both bathrooms (did the demos at different times so the tenant had a bath open). This company paid the first part claim almost 2 months after the work was completed for the first bathroom. Now it has been over 2 months since the master bathroom was completed and the contractor is still waiting. I had to pull money out of my retirement to pay the contractor 50% and now am waiting for Arrowhead to pay the total so I can pay the contractor. Received a non renewal 2 weeks ago and am now struggling to get insurance for the house. Please help me with this company. I have all their contact numbers and emails they have sent me since 02/2023. We had liability insurance with the company for our small business, Eagle Cleaning. We paid the invoices sent to us for policy period 10/22/2020 to 10/22/2021. When they did an audit on the policy, they then said we owed them $332.75 more but couldn't or wouldn't explain to us why we owed them this much more money. We are paying the ****, however, in protest, as we do not want to be turned over to collection for not paying (which is what they are threatening), because this would ruin our excellent credit that we've worked hard for for many years. Our insurance broker has worked with them on this issue, but to no avail.Initial Complaint
