ARROWHEAD GENERAL INSURANCE IS A SCAM. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!I tried to get reimbursement for roof leak related damages through my Arrowhead Home Insurance policy. This was a genuine case where I had visible water damage on a large area of my interior ceiling, I also had pictures and videos of water leaking into my home from the ceiling. Arrowhead sold my policy to Zurich Insurnace and they gave to case another small scammer group called American ***************** lead by ****** *****. These guys inspected the damages and then used cheated me of any compensation by using weak clauses and inaccurate estimates. They were highly unprofessional and very dishonest.Review from Madalynn M

God, this insurance is terrible. They were so so so mean to my mom on the phone, accusing her of lying. They had such a mean tone and just went batshit insane insulting our house and belittling us. Insanely terrible service, will NEVER come back.Review from Benjamin A

Arrowhead is the worst insurance ever and I do not recommend it to anyone looking to insure. They have the worst customer care service, the most difficult to get through just to speak to someone when one want to follow up on a claim or just in need of clarification they keep tossing a customer from one person to the next before hanging up, they will never call you back. I filed a claim two years ago after a tree fell on my roof on a rainy day they sent a guy to assess and they never sent any compensation or advise whats next. They have a rude crew I have made many attempts they do not answer calls neither call back. The last I got hold of someone she passed me to three others then no much help came out of it. No compensation no word only a recent letter saying they are not going to renew my home policy. So my advice if you are ever going to make a claim for any loss from arrowhead people forget it! Wow , had a small leak , call them for help , I ended up just needing a plumber , hecame in and fixed it for $80 bucks, 6 weeks later they canceled my policy and Pronto insurance policies double from $950 to $1875. This is a horrible company. God is watching you. ALL BECAUSE THEIR WAS A CLAIM THAT DIDNT EVEN PAY OUT. RIDICULOUS. and state farm said no because I had a claim that didn't pay out , ??? I had a master bathroom leak that ended up leaking into the master causing my carpets to get soaked. My adjuster ***** said I needed to have American leak detection to come to my house and that took a week. I had a companyies machines in my house drying it up but then having American leak detection there caused more water damage then adding the machines to run for 3 more days. Now by rules with those company with insurance can only bill for 3 days so there are 3 days floating. I woke up this morning having a hard time breathing I am allergic to mold along with *********. Secondary damage is not covered by insurance company. ***** has not responded to my calls or emails nor having a response to their customer service calls or emails. He also told me that their related company is the only ones that can start the process of gutting my bathroom right away, which in ************* is illegal.Review from Ray G

Absolutely worst experience I've ever had with an insurance company. We had a roof leak that was pretty bad. It ruined the dining room and kitchen in my 2 story. It took 13 MONTHS of leaving hundreds of calls and going through FOUR agents to finally get somone to come out. The agent sent a good company out that had water detection equipment and said the water dmg was extensive. This agent quits or is fired. The next agent sends a woman out with a camera and a clipboard and eyeballs and then says the **** on the ceiling is disclored paint. We demand the original people come back out and reassess. Finally they get the ok to start demo and start drying. It's so bad we have to pack up our family and live in a hotel since the ceiling was taken off and the attic is exposed with all the open vents. Here we are 2 months later, home is torn apart, living in a hotel, and the agent won't answer calls or return them. We have had 2 diff companies come out and give estimates for repairs. The company sent us a 5k check, which we didn't cash, after the woman with the clipboard came out with her minimal estimate. The company said its actually about 37k to do repairs and fix everything. What do even do when your agent won't call you back? When his supervisor won't call you back? When the company also can't get ahold of the agent? Don't ever ever use Arrowhead General Insurance for anything. They are criminals.Review from melvin r

lets just say i had a terrible experience with this company. first of all my home is in immaculate shape completely renovated. they had the nerve to tell me they would not renew my policy because i had a set of winter tires in my backyard that were going to get installed on my car the same week. the called it a hazard. on top of that they said i had trash and debris by my shed "wood logs for my fire place" they wanted me to get rid of. i believe i can have what ever i want in my yard like who are you to tell me thats trash? they were worried about my outside deck that was peeling some paint that is totally ridiculous haha. the rest of my house is in amazing shape well taken care of even got a new roof. i told them they can go kick rocks i will go with another company. pathetic. i bet if i had a claim they would find any excuse to not pay. i usually dont waste time writing reviews but this one right here felt good to do. i would put half a star if i could.Review from Mi K

I was dropped by this company and haven't even lived in the house for a week. They also did their inspection more than 30 days after so that's illegal and on a said day where we were home all day yet never saw anyone show up. Weird. The issue was the roof which they said is expired, yet my inspector said it had a few more years left. You inspected a roof, yet you were never at the home and never actually got onto the roof? So clearly their lying. Also they wrote down debris and trash as an issue. I'm sorry am I not allowed to renovate my home and have garbage? Like what?!!!! This is insane. I have never in my life been so confused. Stay away if you can. Geico is losing customers by working with this dumpster fire of a company. I will not stop until this company gets held accountable. Consumer affairs is next.
