      Hi,I created a US **** application (B1/B2 category) for my parents in ***** at CGI federal website, I used an email and password, I paid the fees, and all of this was done in 2021, but I could never schedule an appointment since the wait times were long, so I tried again now in 2023 and it seems the site has been revamped, it requires a username also now in addition to email and password, so I sent 7 email requests in total asking what is my username and I am told to give a new email id which I did and all of these requests end up with the resolution "please call customer service", I called customer service and waited for more than one hour multiple times, but no response, please help resolve this issue.My parents passport details:Name Provided: ******************************************** Date Of Birth: 20 DEC **** Place of Birth: ************, ***** Gender: Male Country/Region of Origin (Nationality) :***** Passport Number: U2066423 Purpose of Travel: TOURISM/MEDICAL TREATMENT (B2)Completed On: 24 MAR 2021 Confirmation No: AA009ZHSU1 Please see passport page attached herewith.

      this company charged me to only show the dates of **** interview availability and since the timing of the interview for my family didn't match the timing provided there, I wanted to cancel and get a refund and I was told it is non-refundable just becase they say so. I think it is very unfair business practice not to even show the date and force the client to pay first. I am asking for a full refund and forcing them to show the dates first before charging clients. you can not HIDE the dates, get the money, and then show the dates available. imagine you want to go to a cinema, and they tell you "first you have to buy the ticket and then we will reveal the dates" and then suddenly you see you can not make it and they tell you "sorry it is non refundable". I'm not a lawyer but this busines practice does not seem legal and definitely not fair to me.

      CGI Federal is a third party assisting US embassies in scheduling **** appointment. On June 30, I filled out an application on the website provided by CGI Federal to schedule my appointment. I had issues paying the required fees - the website keep informing me that the order was declined. I used the feedback page, as suggested by CGI Federal, to inform them about this issue. Unfortunately, until July 5 this issue has not been solved and I did not receive any information. On July 5, I called them and ask how to solve this. I was instructed to try a different browser or to try a different payment method. The latter did work. Yet, when I finally tried to schedule a **** appointment I was informed that my account was suspended for **************************************************************************************** with that. I find this practice unfair and outrageous - CGI Federal got the payment and are still not able to assist me with scheduling my **** appointment. This is a very timely issue since I need to be in the US in August. The fact that they have my money but cannot provide the service they promise is something that should be looked into by BBB. I would appreciate if you could help me with dealing with CGI Federal.
