Worse company. They charge me for a job their pro never did. I contacted them for a quote and they say they need to come and see the property to make an assessment, they went over prices and plans. They say I need to create an account with my payment information but I will no be charge. We schedule an assetment visit but I call them three days in advance to cancel and I spoke to a rep to cancel that. Their guys still showed up, they pick couple of branches (2 branches that we had cut) when my husband came out of the house and told them we had cancel their visit three days ago. They apologized and left. Later they charge my account $153.52 for leaf-lifting services. I told them I never request any services, we had an appointment for an assetment but I cancel that and they say they have pictures of the job done. This company lies and is not a service company, is a scam company with no interest in keeping customer but tske their money.

I searched for lawn care in the **************** area. Lawn love came up. I answered all questions about the job, etc. I filled in my name, address, email, phone. A page came up with some "pros" to click on. The first one I clicked didn't do the type of work I wanted. The next one did. We set up a time and he came over and did the job. I used the same LAWN LOVE contact site to message with this guy. The following two weeks he did not show up. I waited an hour each time. After he gave me an excuse the first time, I believed him and set up a 2nd time. Again I waited an hour, no show. So I went back to the same LAWNLOVE email to see messages. The site no longer existed. So I called the company. They said I didn't have an account which is odd because I saved the password on my notepad. I tried signing in and kept getting that enjoyable message that email and password didn't match. So after re-trying, I tried, " forgot password". It said it sent me an email to reset password. I went to the email and it said to click to reset password. I did this. It sent me back to the sign in page for which I could not sign in. I did this several times. On the phone I was told they could not find anything pertaining to this job. I told them the name of the " pro". They could not find him. They said they have MANY PROS. I said how do I know if this guy is a serial killer if you can't even find him after I hired him from your site. They just kept telling me I didn't have an account. I offered to forward to them, the LAWN LOVE contact page from which I was communicating with the serial killer, oops, I mean pro. They didn't want to see it. So I wasted two hours waiting for the pro, and at least an hour on the phone with a company who could not locate a person hired from their site. I will never use them again. I should get reimbursed my chemist pay for 3 hours wasted.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. The are a lawn mowing company the doesnt do their jobs at all and just wasting the customers time I have been waiting for a **** to be cut and trimmed for 2 weeks with nothing being done except taking pictures of the **** and asking for more money charging me for grass they didnt even cut the customer service team just make excuses for everything and into my 3 week with still not done sub contractors just refuse jobs customer if left to find out for themselves that the work was not done. Because they will just change the service dates like you are crazy. Dont do business with company they are the worst

Signed up because I was so frustrated with LawnStarter and their repeated rescheduled lawn service due to 'inclement weather', when the weather has been dry and sunny for days. As a remedy, I thought I would switch to Lawn Love instead -- only to find out that they are the same company as LawnStarter. I cancelled service, but cannot remove my credit card saved in my Lawn Love profile. Both companies are absolutely a pain to work with.

Bait and switch. Rude, whiney, pushy sales people telling you that you can't get the services they offer on the website, you can't have the prices listed on the website, you "MUST COMMIT" to what they want you to pay for before they'll even give you clear pricing. Which I still didn't get and had to hang up because they became combative. This company is all about the money-grab and they'll lie to get your attention. Don't fall for it. Somebody ought to force them to take down their website and stop the false advertising. Or, maybe they should be forced to COMMIT to providing the services described on the website at the prices they claim.

Asked for a quote for 1 mow, cleanup, and treatment.This was a choice on the menu.Sales rep said 3 mow minimum. This does not appear anywhere on their website. Texts to the company are AI so dont bother complaining. This company is bait and switch!

Lawn Love has charged for services they NEVER rendered. I have called their customer support line and waited on-line for what seemed like hours. When I did speak with someone, they said they would open a "complaint". We were looking for a new lawn service and gave Lawn Love a try. They were supposed to show up on a day but did not show. When we inquired, we received a text that it as due to bad weather. There was no bad weather. The bad weather was the AFTER the lawn service was scheduled. The guy that was "sent" lied to us and and charged us for not doing anything! The next week, the Lawn Love guy said they could not do any work because of a locked gate. The gate has NOT been locked for years. After this, Lawn Love did show up, about a week later, and did some lawn work but left a patch of grass NOT mowed. The next time, a Lawn Love employee came and said the work was "completed" and charged us. It was completed because I mowed the lawn and was charged again for services NEVER rendered! Their website states that satisfaction is guaranteed or they would refund all your money. I am still fighting with them to, at the least, return the money for the charges for services NOT rendered. I would NEVER recommend this company for anything. They will lie, cheat and steal without any hesitation. I may have to go to small claims court and waste my time their to get the money back they have taken...

Not a good experience no one showed up and even have it on camera no one showed up and they still charge me.

MY experience with this company is NOT good at all. I find them to be an unethical company to deal with and will never have dealings with this company or their parent company lawn starter.After having contracting them for leaf removal including the following options:1. Leaf removal - was more of blow the leaves under the bushes and into the neighbors yard 2. Gather all the fallen ****************** also blown under bushes or into neighbors year or blown on top of wood chips that I specifically asked to be removed 3. Requested and paid for removal of leaves, twigs & branches only to have bags left on my driveway for me to deal with The last straw was getting an email from this company telling us that they would be out that day to finish only get to an email response from the people doing the work that might be out that weekend. I finally had enough and told the company to cancel all our services and that I would just pay the bill to be rid of this horrible company. And they of course took every cent, only giving me a $15 credit for a 252 bill.Other people may have had a good experience but I dont recommend using this company for anything!
