Sip Premium is the online home of Gaslamp ************************************** They operate an alcoholic beverage store in ********** in addition to a website, SipPremium.com. The Company is located at ******************************** July 2, 2024 ordered four (4) 750ml bottles of ************************ via sippremium.com. July 10, 2024 *** tracking indicated: "The package has been damaged and the sender will be notified. The undamaged portion has been returned to the sender." Tracking Number: 1ZJA38720335575815.July 15, 2024 sent an email to ********************** for resolution. No response received.July 22, 2024 sent an email to ********************** for resolution. No response received.July 24, 2024 left voicemail for resolution. No response received.I cannot file a claim with ***. The *** claim website indicates a claim has already been filed for that tracking number.Support emails go unanswered, the support phone number goes straight to voicemail, and I am left with no delivery, replacement, or refund.I am left to conclude that SipPremium.com (Gaslamp ************************************** has essentially stolen $188.77.The receipt, *** tracking summary, and *** tracking details are attached.Initial Complaint

AWFUL. I ordered 6 **** bottles and received 12 750 ml bottles. Not only is this the wrong order, it is short ***** ml. *********** phone number does not work. The email on file did not reply to me yet and it has been 3 days. Order placed 10/12/23 and their delivery was longer than they said it would be (almost took two weeks to arrive). I spent $621 and not only was sent wrong bottles, I was shorted. This is a very large order - $621 in liqour.Business response

On Jan. 30, 2023 I ordered (copy attached) Little Book Chapter 4 from ishopliquor online. When I received my order it was not correct. I received Little Book Chapter 6 and not 4 from them. I sent them an email on Feb. 6,2023 advising them my order was not correct. When I didn't hear from them, on Feb. 7, 2023 I sent another e-mail in addition to going online and using their "Chat" feature to also advise my order was not correct (copies attached). I also tried calling the number they list on their website *************) all day long and it is always busy. After hearing several busy signals, each time it just hangs up. I have attempted all means possible to contact them with no consideration of a reply. I would like the correct item that I purchased - not the one I received. If not, I would like a refund.
