If I could give this company 10 stars I would. Their technician ***** was very patient with me helping me solve a problem relating to my land line phone which was causing my alarm system to act up. I never had any issues before. I didnt realize that part of my already reasonable monitoring fee included trouble shooting my system. ***** could not have been more helpful or easier to deal with. So glad I have them on my side.Review from Jack K

I think that *************************, Owner/Integrator of ******** is very knowledgeable, careful and considerate. He came all the way over to see about a problem with our alarm. Thankfully it turned out to be just a simple loose plug-in. He said his visit would be at no coast. I even asked him about another wiring hook up that I wasn't sure how to do and he explained it very carefully and sent me a screenshot of what I needed to get!In other words, I highly recommend him and will be keeping his number to share with friends who might need his expertise!Thank you, *****, so glad you were referred to us by our Alarm monitoring service.******************************* ********, **C7 Alarm Response

I spoke with ***** and he said he would come to my home at 7:00am. It was approximately 7:00 oclock when I called and spoke with ***** and ***** said he would be at my home shortly. Well its now 7:55am and theres no ***** at my home.C7 Alarm Response

Was our service tech unprofessional in anyway way or was the service poor? A one star review for a mild delay due to traffic seems a bit unfair dont you think? Literally the one thing we cannot control.C7 Alarm Response

We looked into this. One 12/28 we scheduled a sales quote to view your property. You did not answer your phone when we arrived and couldnt get past your gate . Also you didnt answer again when we saw your guard dog sign and did not want to cross without making sure your pet was put away. We called 20 plus times and no answer.C7 Alarm Response
