Our company, *****************, stopped receiving our delivered subscription to the San Diego Business Journal in June 2021. I have emailed several times and called more than 6 times since September, most recently being connected to the *********************** in **********, **.The ****************** told me our subscription was erroneously changed to digital-only in June when the ** Biz Journal outsourced it to their company. They said it will be changed back immediately to delivery by end of Sept. With still no delivery in October, I have called again and they now say their software will not allow them to change it back to delivery. They said they would try to fix this and call me back. No calls back. My subsequent calls back to them were answered by telling me that the person handling this is on break, or will call you later. Now I see they are using caller ID and kicking my calls to message only when I call them. (I know this because they will not accept calls from unidentified calling parties.)Our renewal was December 2020, of which we have received only half of the year. If ** Biz Journal will not rectify the situation, then we would like a refund on our subscription.We have been subscribers for over 25 years, always the same address. We are also BBB members.
