Billy **** has an advertisement for an AI marketing plan. I purchased it for $40, but was charged $120. When I went to access the first teleclass, I was then informed that I needed to spend another $1600 (minimum) to complete the purchase for the class.Business response

We have reviewed the customer's submitted complaint. We see that the customer purchased our 10 Day A.I. Business Blueprint at the rate of $40 and selected to add on our All Of Billy ***************** Collection bundle for an additional $69. At their time of purchase, we offered a money back guarantee if they were unsatisfied with the content for any reason. However, we have searched our customer support ticket history through both email and phone and have received no contact or refund request from the customer.
We do not offer a $1,600 training as they referred and their trainings purchased require no additional cost to access or unlock more of our training. All access to their content was granted at their time of purchase.
We have gone ahead and refunded their purchases totaling to $109. The funds will reflect back into their account within 5-10 business days
