      I purchased my "premium medium" steak bundle on 9/20/2022.I paid for 2-5 day shipping. I received my order on 9/29/2022.The website description of the steaks claim that they are all dry aged as well as "premium".I opened my box and much to my surprise the steaks that the website had promised were "premium" were far from that. At best they are "choice" grade and that is being generous.I contacted their customer support line and explained my concern. The lady that answered my call informed me that their website is most definitely misleading and they are " working with their website developer to get this fixed".I explained how dissatisfied I was with the order I received because not only was it not delivered on time but also because the quality of meat was far from what was advertised.I then asked if I could speak with a manager or supervisor. She informed me that there was not a supervisor available at the moment. - understandable.So I asked when would be the best time to call back to speak with a supervisor and she let me know that they currently do not have a supervisor to handle these situations.She proceeded to continue talking over me and eventually hung up.Her only responses were " i'm sorry sir", "I understand sir" and "I do apologize sir" as if she was reading off of a script.This is an unethical way of doing business. Starting with false advertisement of a product and shipping and then refusing to offer any assistance to resolve the situation.

      Company is a complete scam They are claiming to sell online steaks but never deliver the same as you order. Also the quality is horrible. Online it says 100% satisfaction guaranteed but they never respond to emails or phone calls. And online chat never connects. Pure scam. Lots of similar experiences noticed on their ****** reviews as well

      Company is advertising online steaks. Shipped to your door. 100% satisfaction guaranteed or your money back.They are not Shipping the right quality. Or quantity of steaks and when you try to request a refund they say refunds are not allowed.It's a scam

      I did order from them and paid $1**.I told them that I could only order meat every 4 months. They ended up charging me another $1** on June 27. I didn&#**;t make another order. I called customer service and nobody ever answers it. They told me they were going to process the refund on June 29 and said it could take up to 5-7 days. I never got anything so they basically said it was on my bank but I checked with them and they said there is no refund.

      Fasteak sold me steaks that were expired and I took pictures of the labels with expired dates and sent them yet they will not refund my 200 dollars that I spent and keep giving me the run around with a reason why.

      Date of transaction: 6/17/22 Pick date : 6/22/22 Date of delivery: 6/24/22 Order came with the wrong meat products inside. Product came defrosted and not edible to anyone. Meat was spoiled from the heat. This order cost $245.02. Company is not responding now.

      I ordered a box of steaks from them and they were never delivered. I then contacted the company for a refund and received an email back asking for my order number and order information and never heard back. I have contacted several times since and have received no response.

      Steak Delivery Service I ordered 22 steaks at the price of $245 - 4 NY Strips - 8 Ribeyes - 4 Porterhouses - 6 Sirloins I received 17 steaks at full charge - 5 Porterhouses - 13 NY Strips Not even remotely close to what I ordered. The company's only response is to provide a $25 gift card for future purchases after an incorrect delivery and cheating me out of 5 steaks that I paid at full price. I believe this company is scamming customers via Instagram ads through false advertising and subpar service. 22 steaks at $245 = roughly $11 per steak 5 steaks missing = $55 the company stole from me A $25 gift card does not even remotely make up for the value of what I paid. Let alone, it is a lame attempt to fix a clear and obvious mistake.

      Ordered Map 19th Order Number ***** Items arrived quickly and immediately placed into freezer. Thawed 2 different cuts of meat. Meat was not of quality they advertised. They offer 100% money back guarantee in multiple areas of website. I sent email stating my dissatisfaction on May 26.May 27, Ernst replies with they can only offer $25 gift card because it is perishable goods (even though that's all they sell). I respond to email highlighting website that guarantees money back. Looking at other reviews on yelp, ******* BBB, it looks like this is part of their business model by not honoring their guarantee.

      I purchased 16 ribeye steaks, paid $245. They sent me NY strips which are inferior cuts of meat. I emailed them with proof, they acknowledged their mistake and pretty much told me to s**** myself. They have no sent the the correct item or refunded me.
