I purchased the ***** wearable electric pump (***** *************** Wearable Smart Breast Pump | Silent Hands-Free Portable Breast Pump That Can Be Worn in-Bra with App 2-**************** Suction) from this seller via Amazon 9/29/21. For $500 plus tax. I received the item late and when I did it didnt work. Prior to purchasing I made sure it was free returns and even chatted with Amazon to confirm. I returned the item 12/11/21. The seller confirmed receipt. But refuses to give me My money back. In the most recent correspondence (9/7/2022) they said up your ***. Im not trying to make trouble. I just want my money back. On May 28,2022 I placed an order with Nicholas Medical Supply for baby formula. As of 7/15 I still have not received the order. Numerous emails, chats on their website and phone calls have been made with no response. The total cost of my order was $208.99.
