On December 10th & 12th 2022 I placed two orders with Maceoo, unfortunately I needed to return both because of sizing and quality (not to mention a $598.00 leather jacket arrived packed like a rag, unlike real luxury brands that ship the product folded and with paper wrap).The purchase for $***** was refunded to my credit card but the purchase for $****** they want to only issue a store credit. Both purchases were purchased using BLACKFRIDAY coupon code, the ***** refunded purchase clearly states the price less the coupon code, but for the ****** purchase they are refusing to issue a refund claiming that since I used a code I can only receive a store credit.I believe Maceoo is being deceptive with their return policy, it clearly states 'sale' items, the products I purchased weren't on sale and furthermore being that I was leery to purchase from the get go after seeing negative reviews, I actually called prior to purchasing to confirm if using a discount code will allow me to get a refund and I was told that if things didn't 'work out' that I can return for a full refund.Something is definitely questionable with this company, firstly it is very hard to reach someone on the phone, calls are forwarded to a cellphone and secondly the company didn't even acknowledge my return for almost a month after they received it , only after I reached out to them.Business response

*************** has been refunded for order #****** in full. Our return policy states, if the item is not purchased full price, only an exchange or store credit is available. Since ***** is a first time customer, we have decided to refund. Thank you so much, ******Customer response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find this resolution satisfactory. The business did credit the amount. I would hope that the BBB elects to make this complaint public in-order to avoid this same experience to future would be customers, or convince the business to edit their return policy to 'non full price merchandise' vs 'sale price' which is very misleading (intentionally or not) when a consumer purchases a 'full price' item using some discount code.Thank you for your assistance.

Ordered and paid for clothes from Maceoo. Items did not arrive and the company won’t respond to emails or phone calls.Business response
