They start should not be doing loan for people. They start out with a list of goal and items then keep adding to the list. Changing the goal line through the entire process making it impossible to meet closing deadlines and then costing you $$$$.I want my losses for not being able to close and thus kissing the property back from them. This is not fair! How can they do this to people. They are the worst!Initial Complaint

HI there, I received the transfer letter from Plaza Home loan in August, saying my loan has been transferred to ********. After calling, receiving confirmation both from Plaza and ********, I submitted my payment to ******** starting in September1 2021.However, there is still balance showing on Plaza Mortgage. Also, in early September I received monthly payment statement, saying September payment not received, and I am due two months on Oct 1.I called them numerous times, and they say they need time to reflect the transfer. And it has been 2 and half month now.Plaza Home Mortgage should stop reporting to credit bureau immediately. As some other people say, they report as miss/late payment and credit score got hit. It definitely should not happen.Loan shows as duplicate, one from ********* one from Plaza, on my credit report!!!Please pay immediate attention. I have called customer service numerous times and it has not been handled yet.Best,*************Business response

First of all, it took us 11 months to close on our house (203k loan) with this company, Plaza home mortgage has been holding up our money from our 203k loan that we are paying on every month. They lie and say itll be sent out, take a week to look at documents when they request them, hang up on you when you call, promise calls back and they dont call, no one ever knows what theyre talking about. My checks were supposed to be in my hand weeks ago I have contractors harassing me daily asking when theyre getting paid and I have no control over it. This is the absolute worst mortgage company. As soon as I am able I will be refinancing because Plaza doesnt deserve a single ***** out of my pocket, at this point THEY OWE ME MONEY for all my time and money wasted. I have had to call them 30 times, no exaggeration, in the last week. I will be contacting a lawyer.Initial Complaint

My mortgage was first sold to Plaza Home Mortage in Feb 2021 from ***********************. In April I received a billing statement from ************************ saying that I was late on my April 1st payment. I emailed *********************** and called Plaza Home Mortage to find out who I should pay. They both said Plaza Home Mortage. I paid them May and June payments. Lakeview sent other letters. I called them and they said they purchased the loan from Plaza on the 12th of April. That I should have Plaza port the two months payments to Lakeview and pay Lakeview from this time forward.At first, Plaza said I owned them and that the transfer would take place but would be on July 29th. I spent hours and now days trying to get ahold of a supervisor to help clear this up because regular customer service was useless. The supervisors did not return 5 calls.Plaza has now reported me late to credit bureaus, my credit score dropped 144 points. They say they need more time to research this.Business response

Plaza, corrected at least one of the credit reporting agencies as my score went back up the 140 points. They also credited one month's payment to Lakeview, see attached. But they did not credit the two months that Lakeview says they should be credited. They have said the loan was transferred on the 12th of April 2021 from the beginning, if that is correct then Plaza owns them another month's payment. Plaza has quoted several different closing dates so I am not sure. This is between the two of them. However, I made two payments to Plaza Home Mortgage as indicated with the year to date payments on the attached Statement.Business response

This company sold my mortgage to another servicer. The other servicer has been harassing me for two months demanding payment meanwhile plaza home mortgage informed me I need to keep paying them. At first they seemed to know nothing about the new servicer. Later I was informed my payments were being deferred to the new servicer and I would receive a goodbye letter from them. I was informed Friday that the goodbye letter had been sent (still have not received it). They informed me to begin this months payment to the new servicer. The new servicer has been threatening me through this whole process that Im in default. They are also trying to **** me for 3 months that Ive already paid to plaza home mortgage. I have spent many many hours on the phone with both companies. This past Friday as well. This past Friday Plaza Home Mortgage reported me to the credit reporting centers as being 60 days in default. I have paid every month and plaza was deferring it to the new company. Exhausting.Business response
