If you are looking for an outstanding Realtor/Mortgage Broker, *************************** is your guy. We have used 12 Realtors during our lifetime, some good, others not so much, and ******* clearly stands out as the best. ******* diligently worked with us to land a home in *********. Working with ******* we submitted three offers on three different homes and were successful on each one, even during the bidding wars of 2021 - 2022. ******* is super responsive, always available for calls, texts and email, consistently responding within minutes. Anytime we wanted to view a property he worked his magic to get us in the same day. Setting up qualified inspectors fast and within 2 days of offer acceptance.******* has lived in ********* his entire life, has a huge network and knows all areas of ********* like the back of his hand . We call him Magic ******* because he manages to pull everything together fast and deliver everything that was asked of him. ******* is honest, has terrific interpersonal skills, a great negotiator, very patient and a work horse (unrelenting). His credentials also speak volumes. ******* has a BS in Business and an MBA. Licenses and certifications - NMLS ****** of ****************** Protection, Accredited Buyer Representative, Sell Representative Specialist and Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource. At closing he insisted on coming by to offer his congratulations in person and also to make sure there were no unanswered questions/concerns.
