      ******* was always there to answer questions when we called. The process was challenging but he was always there to smooth out the rough spots. The best part was when he called the ** of a fortune 500 company and solved a credit issue I had been working to solve for the previous 5 months. He had a call back from the **'s executive team within a couple of hours. Problem solved! Thank you ******* for helping ** with our American Dream!

      I have received 5 unwanted and unsolicited calls to my cell phone from this company in violation of 47 U.S.C. 227 **** (Telephone Consumer Protection Act), the ******* Solicitation Statute *******, and the ******* Telemarketing ACT ss.501.601-501.626 The communication was made without my express, prior, written consent, as required by law (see 47 CFR 64.1200(f)(8)).47 U.S.C. 227(c)(5)(B) Private Right of Action of the **** stipulates that:A person who has received more than one telephone call within any 12-month period by or on behalf of the same entity in violation of the regulations prescribed under this subsection may, if otherwise permitted by the laws or rules of court of a State bring in an appropriate court of that Statean action to recover for actual monetary loss from such a violation, or to receive up to $500 in damages for each such violation, whichever is greater,...47 U.S.C. 227(c)(5)(C) stipulates:If the court finds that the defendant willfully or knowingly violated the regulations prescribed under this subsection, the court may, in its discretion, increase the amount of the award to an amount equal to not more than 3 times the amount available under subparagraph (B) of this paragraph.You also violated the ******* Telephone Solicitation Statute *******(10)(a) A called party who is aggrieved by a violation of this section may bring an action to:2. Recover actual damages or $500, whichever is greater.(b) If the court finds that the defendant willfully or knowingly violated this section or rules adopted pursuant to this section, the court may, in its discretion, increase the amount of the award to an amount equal to not more than three times the amount available under paragraph (a).Pursuant to the above statutes you owe me $4,500 per willful violation of which you made 5 calls, for a total of $22,500.It is my legal right to pursue you in District Court (Federal) for these violations.A complaint has been filed with FDACS.
