Their service is the worst I have ever seen they told us they were going to move our home for one cost and an ended up by the time they got out here the 2nd time because the 1st time they didn't like the way things looked it was 3 times as much money as they said I was in ******* at the time my wife was here in ******** and we're communicating by phones with the guys that were there to pick up the freight they said they had to talk to their boss and I was talking to their boss on the other line and they were gonna call me back nobody ever did the drivers said they can't wait they'll come back tomorrow if need be That was 2 weeks ago I haven't heard from him since they will not answer their phones at all

Do not use. TLDR: Movers didn't show up after confirming 2x, had to use a different company three days later....do not use!!If there was a lower rating, I would give it. I had scheduled a move for a 3-man crew to move out of my apartment and small storage unit. I called 3 days prior to confirm that they would arrive between 8-9. ***** confirmed and we were all set, or so I thought.After they didn't show during the scheduled time, I called them at 9:15, no answer, voicemail full.At 10:30, I finally reached another driver who said they would be there shortly. At 11:30, they were still no shows.I called again and was told it would be another 2 hours. Wasn't happy but at this point, I had no choice but to believe them. 1:30 rolls around , still no there ( meanwhile I called their "office" at least 10 times, no answer, right to VM).At 1:45, I called the number who last called me and said if they weren't there by 2 to forget it.Finally, at 2:15 as I am walking to my car, 2 workers (was supposed to be 3) show up in a tiny van-like box truck that was in no way suited to move our stuff. I sent them away, disgusted and ****** off.I ended up having to hire a REPUTABLE company to move our stuff the following Tuesday, went off without a hitch. It was a huge inconvenience, had to take a few days off of work to pull this off. We actually had to sleep on our camping bed untill our stuff came I emailed ***** again to see how this could be made right ( the same day, in case they were willing to work with me). No response.They, IMHO, are terrible and unreliable. They left me in a really bad situation and didn't even try to make it right.If you want a good experience, I wouldn't recommend these guys to my worst enemy. They're terrible, not sure how they can run a business like that.
