      Im a vendor who sold through AutoAnything, they screwed their vendors out of Im guessing millions, as they delayed payments by months after drop shipping. Im guessing (just speculation) the **** CFO redirected funds to a shell account. More cooperate fraud! How can a company who just runs an online store who drop ships at the upfront cost of their vendors go out of business, unless there was gross abuse of the profits. This is America today. Cooperate fraud, capitalism run amuck. Our GOP.

      Placed an order and received a delivery date that never happened. Sent an inquiry because they never answered the phone and live chat never worked and they sent a revised delivary date. That date never came as well. Filed for a refund and have yet to get it. Do not order from here, thay will take your money and never deliver. Still trying to get my money back.

      Auto anything took my money and went out of business. Disputed the purchase with my bank and they sided with the merchant. Unreal. I never received the floor mats I ordered and never got my money back. SCAM company

      Dam Mad!!!!!!! I sent them well over $750.00 for a tonoue cover, and all I received was an email, Saying going out of business, they will send refund, still nothing. Sent emails, try calling and NOTHING!!!! NOT SURE WHAT TO DO. But I'll keep trying. Looks like I'm going to have to do the court thing. Surely could use that money back. They get ZERO STARS FAR AS I'M CONCERNED.

      My husband has been trying to deal with this place since March. They said our rims would be sent in July. Still nothing and we were told we would get a refund. Still nothing. No one will reply back to emails and the **** number for customer care is always busy. I honestly feel robbed! So disrespectful and rude. I just want answers. To leave this review I had to pick a star. So went with a 1. But they deserve none. So frustrated. We got scammed. :( Still trying to send emails. Hoping but I don't know if that will happen.

      I ordered a cargo rack on 6/25/23 for $293.60 and on 6/30/23 they cancelled it. On the website it says the refund is in process....Still no refund...this is ridiculous...numerous calls and emails...no response

      Ordered a brake kit from them for $1220.00. About three or four days later, I get an email from them that they had cancelled the order and I would be getting a full refund. Been a month and no refund. They only have a recording on their phone and I have sent several emails to three different email account and have received nothing on any of them. Sorry I ever tried to order from them!!

      No response from them for customer service. they don't answer the phone or respond to E-mails. I have been waiting over a month for a refund of a canceled order. The order was canceled on their end with the message that I would receive a refund in7-10 days. Don't order anything from them.

      ******* people avoid buying product from AutoAnything. Their customer service *****. They took my money and I have not received what I ordered. Made multiple attempts to contact them via email to both customer service and sales. left two phone numbers to contact and I get no response.I had to contact my bank to report them plus go thru the inconvenience of canceling my debit card and getting a new one.I have purchased many items from them in the past with no issues, something has changed drastically on their end BUYER BEWARE.

      Going out of business after I sent back seat covers for $192.75 and no refund after 1 and a half months...No reply to email and no one answering phone VERY DISAPPOINTED AND ANGRY
