On 2/11/2024 i ordered a set of side skirts/rear mud-flap kit and front mud-flaps as they are sold seperate. I received the order on 4/8/2024 and the front mud-flaps were not in the box. C7 Carbon sales was emailed with a copy of the paid invoice and the response was I would have them in 5-10 business days. It is now 6/3/2024 and I still have not received them. I contacted them 4/19, 4/22, and 4/25. On 4/25 they finally responded with the goal was for the next weekend to have them shipped. They did not arrive nor any tracking provided. On 5/5/2024 I contacted them again and they said the parts did not make the semi shipment but would would be aiming to ship that weekend. Nothing was communicated until I reached out on 5/17/2024 again with their response being they would ship early next week and be looking for a tracking number. Well, again that didnt occur and 5/23/2024 I contacted again and let them know that I was very unhappy with the service and wanted it resolved. C7 Carbons response was they had talked to the production manager and that they would be shipping out the the following week. Again, and for the last time nothing was communicated and I contacted them on 5/30/2024 and told them that I am very displeased with the service of this company and would like them to send Next Day air at their cost. No response over the weekend. Today as I type this, it is 6/3/2024 and I contacted them again and for the final time and asked that they fulfill their continued broken promises.
