If I could leave a zero star review I would. I made two purchases using a discount code. The code discounted my entire order on both items. I contacted their internet sales to verify when the items would ship. One item they were shipping right away the other was a 12 week lead time(willing to wait). I decided to buy two other items using the same discount code and agin the code discounted my entire order. I called again to verify shipping( later in the day), so I called again today I spoke with their internet sales guy and he stated that it was limited quantity for that code and he was cancelling my order. I asked him not to do that I would like to speak to his supervisor and not to cancel my order until I spoke to his supervisor. 10 minutes later I get an email that Ajay had cancelled both my items and if I would like to purchase the items using a lesser discount I could and to contact him with any questions, I called three times with no response. Now I paid in full for both invoices and nowhere during check out or on my invoice did it state open box, over stock, or that they would return my money if the items were no longer in stock. Absolutely terrible business and will not be shopping there ever again nor will I recommend any of my friends or family shop there. Very unsatisfied customer
