I bought my 2015 jeep Cherokee trail hawk from them in 2017 and have taken it in several times for transmission problems and they have kept it for weeks at a time and issue continues and now the transmission completely went out today. I have tons of pages of documents I am happy to share but cannot upload from my phone.

I bought a brand new Jeep in May/June of 2023. On Feb 22 the vehicle stopped while i was driving on the freeway. I had the vehicle towed to the dealership in Mission Valley, **. Ive called the Jeep corporate office and no one is communicating to me on whats been happening. The dealerships said that it was a system failure that caused the vehicle to stop, but they have not fixed it. The event was terrifying and i do not wish to be in the vehicle. Corporate Jeep wont give me an asnwer. Ive been without a vehicle for 3 weeks. The vehicle is a lease

I was sold a lemon. When I bought the car the windshield was damaged they let me take delivery even though its not safe. On the way home a light came on low oil. When I took it back I was told dont worry about that light. We changed the oil I had them print me out he repair order. The service advisor highlighted the mileage. The car had an oil leak they knew about and sold me the car anyway. I was taken advantage of Im a women who knows nothing about cars I believed them. The car shut down on the freeway had to walk a mile in the bushes to not get hit by a car. I have bruises and cuts from walking on the freeway. I called they said they were leaving message for service manager. Ive had the car since July. Per Audi ****** for the repair. I was wondering why this car cost less than a rav4. I was sold a lemon. They need to fix this.

In May of 2023 I purchased a 2017 Ram **** from Kearny Mesa Chrysler. I was going to use a particular bank for the loan, but the finance manager said if I went through them the process would be quicker and I could easily refinance later and it would cost me nothing. With the purchase I also bought a Total Loss Protection plan. After the purchase I refinanced the truck with USAA. I received a letter dated 08/04/2023 from JM&A Group in *************** ******* That stated, because I had refinanced my truck the product was cancelled. They had returned the balance to of $971.42 to the dealership. I have tried many times through phone calls and e-mails to resolve this issue but Kearny Mesa Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram has ignored or shown no concern for helping me.

I bought a used Jeep Wrangler unlimited sport in 2020. I came in to buy a new car but the sale guy who was new to that location told me he had a great deal on a used Jeep but he had to go and collect it from another location. He came back with quite a new looking silver Wrangler and it seemed quite a deal. I bought it and drive it to Colorado with my kids for a short vacation. I noticed a clicking when I accelerated from a stopping position so I took it back to them and their service department told me he could find nothing and ******* breaks made the noise when they where adjusting from the stop position.??The mechanic was called Pat. Anyway the clicking continued and Ive never used the 4 wheel drive once so hadnt noticed anything major with that but on to more recently I took the car in to a new mechanic and he told me and showed me my spider gears. They where trashed but the metal fragments had been removed prior to anyone looking in the rear end so basically I got ripped off by the sales guy and the car was bought through ******* Mesa so I cant believe they had knowingly sold me a Jeep that had bad spider gears and some other serious problem they charged me $4000 for oil leaking into the engine also and that was immediately after buying it and now after replacing the rear end gears , axcel and all it was another $4000 and it still has an issue. I cant believe they got me like this?

On July 29th went to this dealership seeking a diesel truck. I check one out and then the dealer asked me what else Id be interested in and I said other diesel trucks with 4x4 drive terrain. They ended up putting me in a 2022 Ram **** with 82 miles on it. I ended up liking it and butting it the next day. On august 6th I needed diesel for it and went to refuel it. After refueling it 3.5 miles down the road it stalled and shut off. It turns out that it is actually a gas truck. They are telling me they will repair it and cover 2/3 if the cost. I shouldnt have to pay for it because if they told me it was gas I wouldnt have bought it and I also wouldnt have put $100 of diesel in a truck. There is no where in writing about it being a gas powered truck in the contract. Doesnt say on the gas cap, in the handbook, nor anywhere else in or on the truck. I am expected to pay the 1/3 to repair it which it isnt my fault they lied to me about the type of engine it had leading to now the fuel pump being messed up and more. The biggest part is I also feel deceived because they told me I was buying a diesel truck.

On December 10, 2022 I purchased a new Jeep Grand ******************* from Kearny **** Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in *********. The customer service I received at the time of my purchase was excellent and the response time from the dealership was prompt. At the time of the purchase, it was in the evening and dark, I noticed some damages (scratch on front left panel, scratches below glove compartment) on the vehicle and was told that somebody would assist me with this issue. Two days later, on December 12, 2022, since I did not receive a response, I reached out the sales representative to ask for further assistance. The next day, December 13, 2022, my new vehicle broke down on an unrelated issue, and when my vehicle was towed to the dealership, I was told to obtain a repair estimate from ************************, a near-by auto body repair shop that the dealership contracted with, for the damages at the time of the purchase. I was told the repair for the glove compartment would be done at the dealership. However, once I obtained the repair estimate from ************************ the customer service I previously received from Kearny Mesa Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram ceased. I provided all the information to ***** who eventually told me he would discuss this matter with the Sales Manager and forward my emails to the sales department. I have not received a response to date and my emails have been ignored. It appears that nobody properly recorded the damages on my vehicle and as a result I have to bear the consequences. Very Respectfully
