I had a pleasant experience with the **** he went a long way to get me a deal. The following day when I came to purchase the car for my son as a gift ********************** and *** the managers refused to honor the deal that I was initially promised supposedly because their lawyer will not accept a power of attorney to sign on behalf of my son. Im totally disappointed and unimpressed with this institution! I will never do business with them!

I drove my car for 1.5k miles online but it keeps saying I need a 2k maintenance. But the maintaince I did the parts only cost 230 but the labor was 996, which is rediculous. Also the services they did was not necessary as well. Never go there again... Overpriced.Review from Claudia P.

I bought a 2018 C300 Pre- certified back in July 19, 2022.. UNFORTUNATELY the sales person was only good at selling me car (************) I have several text messages that I sent to the sales representative a day after picking up the car I had notice there was no floor mats. cosmetics damages (e.i. Scratches and Paint is peeling from the top roof which i was told by ********* another sales representative paint is defective. I also called the general manager left him a voicemail and he NEVER return my call. and not only that I been dealing with there delays due to no staff. ITS FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!!! I cannot believe this is how Mercedes- Benz treats customers. Also I was lied about the features on the car. I had ask before purchasing the vehicle if it included Apple play which i was told by ( ************) sales representative that is was included in the features. After purchasing the vehicle I tried calling (**** law) several times and the no response.Review from Renie C

I bought a car for my wife at Mercedes of *********, last year 2021 Feb (CERTIFIED USED CAR).When we bought the car, ********* sold us a 3rd party insurance for cosmetics damages (e.i. DING/ SCRATCHES and TIRE DAMAGES). So since its a Mercedes including this insurance, I'm assured that Mercedes will honor this.I've been doin all my maintenance thru Mercedes of San Diego, Kerny Mesa. Before writing this I call the 3rd party insurance 1st to let them aware that I will get my rims fixed. The insurance told me to just take the car to the dealer or any Mercedes Service and just provided the insurance and Mercedes will take care of the car.I call Mercedes to make an appointment for my car rims to get fixed. I waited for at least 30min less give or take. 1st call I got tossed around, 2nd call I got to the service department. The lady told me that they don't honor the 3rd party insurance, I was like you guys sold it to me and I already got my other rims fixed before (Mercedes owe to me). Since they sold me the insurance, I know they will take it. But the service told me that the service manager said to check online ****** it ti where I can get my rims fixed. I told the service you sold me the insurance you have to honor it. Until now I haven't got the call.I think this dealer ship is taking advantage of the buyer and making profit by selling 3rd party insurance. I hope I can get a resolution to my complaint.r/, RCharifa
