      Took my jeep in for service for a ticking noise and check engine light jeep came on. Was advised it camshaft and lifters needed replaced. Gabe my service advisor said it would be covered under warranty. It sat for weeks while I paid for a rental. Finally upon tear down I was told it wasn't covered and I had to pay out of pocket and would cost 4k to put the car back together. I agreed to pay for repairs. My jeep sat for another 6 months. When I finally got it back and two times in a row I had to tow my jeep immediately back to them because the check engine light came on and it was running and smelling really bad. The issue was metal contamination in my engine from the repair they did which caused the *** solenoids. On the 3rd time picking it up and having to tow it back my radiator failed. They tried charging me 2k for replacement saying it was unrelated. But I haven't drove my car for 6 months! Since my repair with them I have spent thousands of dollars, countless hours with issue after issue. Now I cannot get my car to pass smog because the o2 sensor's wont set, my engine is leaking coolant and oil. I am forced to sell my Jeep for thousands less because of these issues. DO NOT TRUST YOUR VEHICLE WITH THESE PEOPLE

      less than 24 hours after purchasing a 2016 Subaru Forester, the check engine light came on. Thinking it was a simply reset, we took it to a local shop, who informed us that there was an oil leak from the timing cover onto the air-fuel ratio sensor. Took the vehicle back to Kearny-Mesa CDJR, who refused to do anything, indicating I had bought the vehicle as-is. The vehicle was also missing a brake light, so even the most basic safety inspection was not done. Now I am out $2300 in repairs, and hoping to recover that in small claims court.       Purchased my RAM truck April 2021, also I was sold a maintenance package that will cover the oil change, tire rotation for ten services. Before I signed the paper work, I asked the finance manger if this service is good at the San Diego dealership only or I can use it any where else, since I lived in Upland and I drove all the way to San Diego to purchase the truck. He said yes, I can use it at any dealership. (My wife was present on this conversation). Time came for my first oil change, I tried to go to the dealership in *********, **, they refused to honor the service package and recommended I go back to the San Diego Dealer, they said that the package I have, does not cover the oil change. I tried different dealerships and they all had the same response! I finally called the San Diego dealership, tried to talk to the finance manager that sold me the ..... package, he was out on vacation, a second finance manager picked the phone, I explained the situation, he looked at the account and he said that I was sold the wrong package, instead of RAM **** Diesel I was sold a RAM **** HEMI. Asked the plan to be changed, he answered that the original finance manger has to do it. Called back a week later, found the manger after multiple phone calls, explained to him, his response was I am on the right plan and if I go to San Diego, I will get the service for free! He cannot force another dealership to give the service, he also suggested that I cancel the package if I did not want it! I live over two hour drive from San Diego, by the time I go down their and come back, I need another oil change and with the prices of Diesel. I want this warranty to be changed to reflect my kind of engine, he is not willing to pay for his mistake. If I had to pay more for the right package, I would have considered it, but he did not offer me the right package on the day of the sale. I cannot reach his manger, I even called Chrysler corporation, NO help there?

      If I could give this dealership 0 stars I would. I just purchased a truck on Saturday 8/21. I traveled all the way to San Diego from Long Beach to pick up a Dodge Ram ****. Everything looked fine at the time of purchase and I thought things would go smoothly. However on Monday just 2 days later after my purchase the dash started signaling 3 maintenance lights. The **** brake light & parking enabled. I called the local dealers and I was finally able to get my truck into a service center in one of my local dealerships. I just received a call from them that the truck needs a new battery and programming of the **** Very unprofessional of this dealership to sell a vehicle that required maintenance. I am sure the dealership should be performing diagnostic tests on vehicles before putting them on the market to ensure that the customer leaves with a reliable vehicle. I contact the seller and asked to speak to a manager yesterday letting him know of the situation from which he stated the manager would contact me and I have yet to hear back from them. So much for customer service right?? It has not been one month since my purchase and Im already having to pay for maintenance and repairs. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
