      I have constantly been bombarded with emails from this company that I NEVER asked nor gave permission to be contacted. I'm just asking that you stop sending me emails! I don't want your product! I've already made multiple requests to no avail. This is abusive and it needs to stop!!

      I bought a course from the "Loan Signing System" last May 2021. I paid in full for the course with monthly payments. I paid in full in November 2021 in the amount of $616.00 and they have continued to use my credit card for $27.00 a month amounting to $216.00. I have sent messages and they ignore me. I want this company to refund my money.***************************

      I've looked everywhere and can't seem to find any previous emails or messages from your end. 


      I am committed to providing the highest level of customer service, and I work hard to respond within 24 hours on any billing inquiries that come through my email address: ******************************* 


      The $27 charge is for the Monthly Mentorship & Business Coaching subscription, which gives you access to the ongoing training resources and bi-weekly live coaching sessions in the Six Figure Signing ********************* You received six free months automatically when you purchased the course in May 2021. 


      This is explained in more detail when you signed **, in the first module of the course here called DO THIS FIRST: Access the Ongoing Mentorship, Business Coaching, and ********************* and in the multiple emails giving you the option of continuing the ongoing mentorship.

      But no worries, since you no longer want to be subscribed I've removed you from the ************** and canceled your subscription effective immediately so you won't continue to be billed.


      I also have refunded the 7 charges of $27 from November 2021 to May 2022. 


      Again, I do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

      On 7/04/21 I purchased Six Figure Course: Loan Signing Agent Training and Certification + ****************** Course + Ongoing Monthly Mentorship program from *********************. Order #ORD045518. I made 6 qualifying payments totaling $440.00 over the past 6 months. Access to the courses was supposed to be readily available to complete at my own time, however the courses are not available and that is what i paid for. This busines has taken my money and not provided the courses that should be available to me. I have also emailed their support line for assistance but I have not received a response. I do request that they either reinstate my courses or issue a full refund of the amount.

      I ordered the initial training package from **** in the amount of $297.00 on March 7, 2021 (ORD038895) for the initial training only. Since then, I've discovered that additional transactions were posted to my bank in July, August, and September 2021, in the amount of $27 each which I have not authorized nor wish to continue.I have been trying to cancel, recoup any additional funds charged to me for any presumed ongoing subscriptions. I received instructions through his web page to proceed to the following link https://courses.loansigningsystem.com/account/billing to manage billing or request cancellation and refund. I was/am unable to cancel my card on my account nor request a refund through his website. I have also been calling and leaving messages at ************** and sent a message to *************************** per guidance on his website but have not been contacted to resolve my cancellation. In the meantime, additonal transactions have been made to my account.

      When I looked, I didn't see any previous emails from you. I hope you were sending it to the correct place. 


      To address your concern, when you signed up for the course, you were informed that the course includes 4 months of live ongoing mentorship. We sent you an email explaining this benefit as well as included information of how the mentorship works as a module within the course. 


      The purpose of the ongoing mentorship is to help you start to build your notary signing agent business. Its how I give you ongoing relevant training so you can build the best business possible in todays market. 


      After the 4 months mentorship, I always remind my students via email that the ongoing mentorship will continue at a low monthly fee. Thousands of my students see those notifications and make their decision to continue on or not.


      I apologize that you missed the multiple notifications.


      Of course, as always, if anyone overlooks that information, I promptly will refund you any of the payments, which I have done for you prior to providing your feedback.
