Date of transaction 2/6/24: I ordered what I thought was 4 cases of paper towels. Upon delivery on 2/12/24 I discovered it turned out to be 4 rolls of paper towels for a total of *****. It was order number 3179. I emailed the business owner *************************** and his reply came same day of 2/12/24 and stated "Very sorry for the confusion - oftentimes the photo of the product is different than the quantity that you are ordering. I am happy to provide a return label and schedule a pickup for the item to be returned. Each case of rolls is significantly more expensive than the $26 per roll price. :)Sorry for any inconvenience! I'll request the *** and provide you with the details shortly.Thanks again! *************************** SDC Deals"I never received a return label. I sent a followup email to check status on 2/14/24 and 2/15/24 as well as multiple voice mails to the number listed on their website and I've also left multiple chats on their website with no reply.Their website clearly states free returns.
