      I made a purchase for a single item on 4/07/2022 for $46.99 with Spensry.com and the company Spensry failed to ship my items. A month later (in May) I tried to reach out every which way possible in order to receive help in the matter of my missing item (their help email, phone, and website) but all are unanswered. Phone lines have been disconnected, and websites are no longer valid. The business committed to providing me with a shipped item that I purchased via their website (which at the time of purchase was working) and they also committed to providing me with any online help - shall I need it if I encounter product or shipping issues. My dispute is that I would like a refund for the items that I purchased but never received. The business hasnt resolved anything, or even existed for the past few months. There is no way to contact them, they are a fraudulent company, and so this is my last resort. Order number : SPN4063

      Order #SPN4095 I ordered almost $50 worth of merchandise from this company on May 20th, where I received an automated email confirming my order. The money was quickly removed from my account, but I never received an email about any shipping notification or updates. Per their own terms and agreements they promise shipping within 1-2 days of your initial order. I emailed the company twice from two different emails with no response and tried calling the number which fails to work even after numerous attempts. The online chat link on their website is a dead link, which leaves no way of getting in touch with them at all after they've stolen from me. I've found several other posts where people are having the same problem. They're a fraudulent company stealing customers money and never sending the merchandise.

      I ordered a $40 cbd product from this company and they have yet to ship my product and it's been over a week. When i tried following up via email and phone, I have not gotten a response from them. Also, their phone number listed (i.e. **************) is not a working number. So they have not communicated at all. I have read on multiple social media accounts including ******** and instagram that people have been complaining of similar issues. There is also a complaint on the BBB website regarding a similar issue. This company is a scam and will only take your money and not ship product.

      I ordered $80 worth of products from Spensry online on February 16. I received an automatic email response confirming my order that same day, with the email stating I would receive another email when my order was shipped. I never received a shipping confirmation, but I waited. The website states that shipping should occur within 1-2 business days of the order confirmation and that delivery should occur within a few more business days.I emailed two email addresses from the company's website ********************************* and ********************************* on Friday, February 25 explaining the issue and asking for an update. They did not respond. I then tried to call the phone number on their website, but the call could not be completed despite multiple attempts. Today (February 28) I then contacted the company's ******** page via ******** messenger, posted directly on the company's ******** page, and responded to a comment on the ******** page that alleged similar issues.Order No. #SPN4023
