I purchase three sets of full length arch support orthotics from this company. The person I spoke to about the orthotics was *****************************. He told me there was a lifetime warranty on his foot supports (see attached webpage which also says lifetime warranty). The 3 sets of orthotics cost me $658. In less than one year of use they are breaking down, all 3 pair. I can not collect on the lifetime warranty as the website is shut down and ******************** does not answer his phone.Initial Complaint

I ordered four pair of ********************** - two for myself on 07/19/2022 and two for my daughters on 07/29/2022. I have had ********************** made with Doctor's ********************** before and they were good. This time- I have not received my ********************** yet. They do no respond to phone calls or messages. They cahrged me $1200 for this.Initial Complaint

Paid for services and never received product. Website is no longer up and phone has changed. Unable to contact business.Paid $399 for orthotics back in July and never received my purchase after leaving messages. Maybe it's best this business is out of business but concerned owner will try to rip off others in the future.Initial Complaint

I ordered orthotics from the owner of this company. His number is ************. He took my credit card and billed me. Then after week and no word I called to ask about my order and he scrambled to think of an answer. He finally did make orthotics 2 months later that in no way matched the mold I made.I complained and he said he would refund my money then stopped responding in all ways. His company phone number ************ does not answer or return calls.He stole my money and I have nothing to show for it and he lied in every way possible.Initial Complaint

$349 was the purchase price after discount. Ordered in April 27 2021 Never recieved boots. Finally orthotics came in. They were wrong size. Boots arrived. We were told to send orthotics back to get them fixed. This was in February 2022. We never recieved any orthotics back We have called and left messages with no call back for several months. We would like our money back.
