****************** said my treatment option is to pay $6000+ for 72 adjustments and some other exercises/orthotics. They said they checked with my insurance and they would cover $1200. Overall if I paid in full they can give me 30% off and I would only pay $3672. Or I can finance the treatment for 18 payments of $230. ***************** then stood over me silently while I looked at the two options for payment. I was in pain and he claimed my back needed this treatment. I felt u comfortable and said "I guess I'll pay for it all" and he said great, marked the box for the $3672 and then had me sign it. This guy is a calculated salesman. Not a doctor. Any doctor I've ever been to has been transparent and warm regarding my treatment. Maybe that's because they don't profit directly from their patients and actually want to help people. I left the appointment feeling gross. Once I got home I tried to look up reviews on ***************** hoping maybe he was a miracle worker. I found nothing. For someone who has been treating clients in ********* for 20+ years, why can I only find 7 reviews on him? My stomach sank. I realized I was scammed. I had a panic attack and called my credit card to stop the charge. I submitted a dispute and it was denied. I called and spoke with ***************** to ask for a refund and he said no but that I could sell my adjustments to someone else???The kicker is that they over charged me originally because "whoever verified my insurance was told the incorrect information". I was credited $1172.50 but am still out about $2400. He could refund me. He very easily credited me when they over charged me. He is choosing actively not to refund me. Chiropractors are scammers and because of ****************** preying on my navet, I will never go to one again. I will never receive services because I don't feel comfortable with this guy touching me. Services will never be rendered and his business practice is scummy and thats why Im asking for a refund.
