CAR SCRATCHED AND DENTED! Have used this parking lot many times in the past, no problems. On August 20th we VALET parked our car there for 4 days. Since our plane was late and they didn't have a shuttle after midnight, we had to arrange our own ride. The car was brought out for us around 1:00am, in the DARK lot, and we drove home. The next morning we found the long scratch and dent along the back side. Talked to ****, who promised to work with our insurance. LIES! After many calls and emails both from me and our insurance, they finally told our insurance that since we didn't see it when we left, we are out of luck. Even though they advertise that they have cameras on the lot, they will not show us any footage. Luckily we have insurance, but are still out the $500 deductible. I would like for them to work with our insurance to resolve this, but at this point I would be if they gave me the $500 that I had to pay. I can send a copy of my receipt for $500 if you need it, but since it has some personal information on it, I would rather not add it here yet. Thank you.
