Back in 2020, at the height of the pandemic, I was directed by my employer supervisor to buy some digital thermometers from this business. I have no complaint about that transaction. What I am complaining about is the business' refusal to remove my email address **************** and other contact information from their sales contact database, even after many repeated email requests. They think I'm in charge of buying gloves, test kits and the like when The reality was that I was an IT Systems Administrator for *** who also had a purchase role for the department I worked for (the ********** ******* In particular, an individual named *********************** *********************************** has been asked repeatedly by me via email to remove me, to no avail. Now that I'm retired from ***, I have even less of a desire to see this business' emails cluttering my Inbox. Can you please get them to stop sending me what I now consider to be unsolicited - SPAM - emails? Or at the very least, point me in a direction where I can get a resolution to this situation? I'm tired of the repeated emails and I'm tired of asking them to stop when it is apparent that they refuse to listen.Initial Complaint

Charged my account and came out of account December 3, 2022. December 5, 2022 requested a picture of the card I paid with even though it is already out of my HRA account and approved my HRA...NO WAY will I send a picture of the card. Company will not respond about cancelling and refunding my order. The response when I said I would not send a pic of the card was "Send a copy of your card and..." That is it from their Senior Account Manager ***********************. I will be seeking other means to get my money back.Initial Complaint

*********************** keeps emailing me and will not stop after 3 attempt in responding email to have him remove all my info and do not contact me, and 1 call directly to the company and spoke to customer service who said they would put me on the do not email list. That was about 1wk ago and today I get another email from him. HE/THEY MUST STOP AND REMOVE ALL MY INFO FROM THEIR DATABASE.
