    If I could leave zero stars, I certainly would. I ordered one collar from them a year ago. Things went perfectly! Note that this was during the pandemic as well. I ordered a second collar around the beginning of February. Shipping time is up to 15 days. It is March 3rd. I have yet to re everything my collar. When I asked for a refund, ****** got defensive and called me a liar. Horrible lcustomer service! Will ne er use again. Etsy has really cute collars too. I will be using them.

    Hi *****. You first contacted us on 2/18 stating 'Has my order been shipped yet? It has been a week. Last ti.e that I ordered from you it was quicker*****'. We responded a few hours later with 'Hi *****, Thanks for contacting us again. Your collar for ****** has shipped (will have shipping confirmation email sent again right now) and you will easily be able to track it here ******************************************** using your order number ***** and email (once carrier puts your tracking number ********************************** into their system more detailed tracking will become available). Rest assured your collar is on its way. Have a great day.' Two weeks later you contacted us again stating 'I still have not received my order. I would like a refund.' We responded 'Thanks for contacting us again *****. No idea why you think we would issue you a refund at this point. As it states on all of our product pages shipping time is 7-15 business days and in our shipping policy 'Shipping time: After processing US orders usually take between 7 and 15 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.'.As explained in the previous email your collar for ****** has shipped and tracking is updated when carriers scan your package. We are not the carrier and are subject to the same tracking info we provided you with. According to the **** tracking number we provided you with you should be receiving ******'s collar today.' Showed you tracking from ******** . You responded 'Well for one, I had yet to receive a tracking number from you until this email. For two, last ti.e I ordered a collar, it arrived very quickly. I was impressed. I work at a veterinarian office and had referred several people to you. That WILL NOT happen again. I will tell my clients NOT to order from you. I have been there for 24 years and they trust me very much. We will take our business elsewhere!' . We then responded to you again explaing how you did receive a **** tracking number in original email and shipping confirmation email. Further explained that we ship out all orders in a timely fashion but have no control over when you receive your order once it is shipped. Which is why we state on all of our product pages shipping time is 7-15 business days and in our shipping policy 'Shipping time: After processing US orders usually take between 7 and 15 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.'. ....
