I purchased 4 Starscopes and they did not perform as advertised so I returned them. I paid for the shipping. They site has no contact information and when I tried the CHAT feature, I got repeated canned response.Initial Complaint

Purchased Nov 23 2024 Cost: $56.94 Just decided this was something i didnt want/need. I tried to cancel the order be for i received the product but was not successful. Once i received the product I immediately contacted the company via email and let them know i wanted to return it. They replied with instruction on how to return it and provided the address to send it to. I sent back the item in its original unopened packaging. I let them know that I had the package tracking info, and that it had arrived at they location. I have emailed them several times sense sending back the item. It know takes about 3 weeks to get a reply from them, and at this point they are saying sense its been over 30 day sense i have sent it back, they will escalate the matter for further investigation, that was almost 2 months ago. At this point i still have not seen a credit back on my card, and am starting to thing they never will.I think other potential customers should know how this company works, and am hoping the BBB can help with my refund. *** purchased three products from Starscope and was unhappy with the quality of the product. I returned the products and they received the items back. Ive been waiting for over nine weeks to receive my refund. Ive been trying to contact them with no success. Im out $96.48 and they havent responded to any of my emails, messages or texts. I bought it on 1 -01- 25. It arrived broken because the dial that adjust the focus didn't do anything so I called the company to find out what to do. I was told to send it back and there experts would determine if it was a manufacturing defect or not and if it was acceptable for a replacement. I also was told that it was an AI generated message. I sent it back to the address provided with a tracking number . The total was ***** to ship USPS.Didn't hear a word or received any e-mails so when I called on March 9th I was surprised to find out they credited my bank account on April 4th for ***** which was 8.95 and ***** = ***** less that total I spent. I ordered two Starscope Monocular Telescopes on 11/25/2024, and I returned them on 12/04/2024 for a refund. I followed the instructions their company emailed me. The order number was **********. At that time, I also emailed them photos to show that the telescopes had not been opened and were intact and in their original packaging. The **** tracking information showed that they did receive my package, and they also acknowledged my return. I still have not received a refund. I have emailed them many, many times regarding this issue, and I receive basically the same AI generated response each time. I have asked for contact information for someone within the company I could talk with and was emailed that the information could not be provided. There is no phone number or any other contact information available on their website. I am hoping that you are able to assist me in getting a refund on the two Starscope Monocular telescopes. I ordered two Starscopes on December 16, 2024. I was not happy with the products and wanted to return them. There was no documentation in the package when I received my order at all. I emailed their support and asked how to return them on January 1, well within the 30 day return policy. They sent me the return information, I packed up the order exactly as I had received it with all my back up documentation in the package and I sent it back the address they provided. I got the signed return receipt on January 31. Each time I try to correspond with them they respond with an AI message to contact customer service, which is where I was sending emails. I can't get a hold of anybone there. There is no phone number, and I have not received my refund.Initial Complaint

I purchased two items from starscope as a Christmas present. The recipient did not even open the packages but decided to have me return them. For over a month I was in communication with the company and even provided them the tracking number of the items when they were shipped. My tracking receipt shows delivered. Now, I cannot get the company to return an email. At this point, I have no products or a refund. They offer a service to return the items with their company/tracking system, but the website didnt work for close to a week, so I was forced to use an alternate carrier.Initial Complaint

I bought a monocular scope on Nov. 29th. When I received it and opened it, there was no phone clip in the box. I bought it so I could attach it to my phone. Sent several emails about it. Since they were not giving any assistance, I decide to send it back. I packaged it according to their specs. Checked tracking # and saw that they received it. Have not heard anything. I had these emails sent to the office, but, found out they were undeliverable because the office was vacant! I just want my money back. They can't have the product and the money.
