I made over $200 purchase with them of succulent plants. I received them on 11/08. After a few days i noticed some of them had this spiderweb like sacs on them. I researched and discovered they are called mealy bugs. 11/14 i reached out to succulent crafts with pictures of the worst plant which i believe is the culprit. The response i received was we are sorry and please send more pictures of the others affected to which i immediately did so. The mealy bugs are spreading like wildfire to now my mature plants. I received no response after i sent the pictures until 11/23. Bryan for my succulents craft responded with and this is direct quote: ? These bugs will not kill them. Mealy bugs are a simple pest to get rid of. You can simply spray 70% rubbing alcohol on the plants affected while there is not direct sunlight on them. Be sure to keep them out of the sun for at least 2 hours after spraying with alcohol. No greeting his customer and seemed to be irritated. The solution was for me to fix it? Its easy? First off it is not easy- these things are like roaches/fleas but for plants. You have to stay on top of checking them and spraying before all plants are infested with them. In the previous email i had said i have some generational plants that are 70+years old and are so big it looks like tree trunks. This isnt something i can easily move for 2 hrs to keep it out of shade. This is completely unacceptable and bad business! Not only that- if you go to their website there is a 100% guarantee or so they say.
