I do NOT recommend using this company! I gave them a rating of 1 out of 5 only because I couldnt give them a zero. I had a garbage disposal that had water running out the bottom & needed replaced. I called my home warranty ************** recommended Express Plumbing ***************************** I called them. They said they would be out the next day between 9-1pm & gave me the technicians name. I rescheduled my days appointments around this. However, NO ONE SHOWED UP! No phone call, text or email to let me know. I called them numerous times, only to get an answering machine. After leaving many messages to return my callsits been crickets. I dont know how a company that does business in this way stays in business? I will relate my experience with my **************** & anyone else who asks for a referral.

My home warranty assigned this business to me for an air conditioning problem. After waiting 3 weeks for service they didn't even show up or call. When I called ******** blamed the owner and said that there was nothing they could do "They were just his minions". I am shocked at the lack of professionalism.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are liars and rip off artists. American Home Shield (who also are worthless) sent them to my house when my 6 year old hot water heater died. The kid came out and said it has to be replaced. I then received an email from AHS asking me to call as the plumber noted items that I would need for the install that they don't cover. I called AHS and they listed off 6 different items that were deemed as being "modifications" required for proper install. I couldn't begin to understand, if they were required for proper install, why would they be considered "modifications" vs. components. My unit was replaced only 6 years ago and at that time all the needed "upgrades" were made and were inspected by the city. I called another plumber who had done work at my house and he informed me that all the items they listed were not required and that they were straight up trying to rip me off. Now seeing these other reviews, it makes me wonder what kind of organization AHS is that they would use shady company's that lie and upsell people on things they don't need. Our world is just going down the tubes, where is the integrity???

Run. They will rip you off. Upon coming to our home, once our home warranty insurance provider sent them, it was a disaster. To start off, they said the insurance would not cover anything, and you would need to pay us $875. I believed them and scheduled an appointment for the following week. I got a call 45 minutes prior to the appt time that **** would be at our house to do the work. 1 hour later, no one showed up. I stayed home from work to get this done. They FINALLY called and said he was sent to another job as the boss moved him elsewhere. Not a good start. We rescheduled for 3 days later. They called that morning, and I confirmed I was there. I'm on a work call and didn't answer the call when he was here. **** didn't even come to the front door and ring the doorbell. I know this due to our Ring doorbell. I get a voicemail saying after 10 minutes, he will have to leave. Who doesn't come to the front door and ring the doorbell? I called 12 minutes after he supposedly came to our home and was told we would need to reschedule again. This isn't a company I would trust to do any work. I can only assume they have some side arrangement because they had zero interest in working with the insurance company.

Review Date: 1/6/2022 Short Review: If you want a dishonest, lying, untimely company that wastes your time you should use Express Plumbing.Long Review: I was assigned Express Plumbing via my insurance company. We have a very strong sewer gas smell emanating from behind our cabinets. First, the plumber called us and told us he would be at our house in 15 minutes. I left work to meet him - after 15 minutes I get a call and he says he is outside. I open the garage and look outside, there is no one there. After going back and forth with him, he realizes he called the wrong house - he was at a completely different appointment. So I have to wait around another hour+ for him to come. He shows up, spends no more than 5 minutes at our house and says he cannot do anything because the issue (he ACTIVELY acknowledges there is an issue - note this) is behind the wall and he cannot take down the wall, so he has to call the insurance company to figure out what they will cover and how to get the wall to come down and he will be in touch with me. All relatively reasonable so far. 2 weeks pass, no word from him or Express. I receive an invoice that says the following (Annotated by me): Work Description: Inspected kitchen there is a smell but I can't see any failures - ACKNOWLEDGES AN ISSUE Not sure what to do since in order to open wall customer would have to provide access H/O is responsible for the deductible - HE TOLD ME WHAT HE WAS GOING TO DO WHEN HE LEFT and DID NOTHING. What makes this issue 100x worse is he TOLD the insurance company there was no issue, so now the insurance company said there is nothing they will cover and I have to go back and argue with them. There is obviously an issue - he just did not want to deal with it and he is going to cost me huge amounts of time and money to try and get this fixed. Scammers. Liars. Terrible. Avoid company at all cost.
