      I am writing to inform you about a package that was supposed to be delivered to my residence but has not been received. The package weighs 45 pounds and has a value of $600. According to the *** tracking system, the package was delivered to my doorstep, but I have not received it, and there is no evidence of its delivery. Additionally, the leasing office at my residence has not seen this package.Tracking Number: 1Z0VE5970308313489 I kindly request that you investigate this matter and take the necessary steps to either locate my package or provide compensation for the loss.       On Monday, April 10, 2023. I had a package scheduled with a *** delivery driver. I checked the tracking the morning of and confirmed that my package was out for delivery. Partway through the day, it suddenly changed to delayed. I went into the system and learned that the driver had logged that my house was not able to be accessed. This is an untrue statement. Part of my block was closed off for water repairs but I live two doors down from the corner, where there was a clear parking spot. I called to make a complaint yesterday, and was told that I could wait until the end of the day (after 7 PM) and go to the main location to pick it up. That part of town is very unsafe and there is no way that Im going there after dark. They gave me no other option.I waited until today and confirmed that the package was on the truck for delivery again. In fact, today I have two packages on the way now. The exact same scenario happened today. It is clear to me that the driver is an unwilling to provide the service of walking two doors down from the corner. I dont know whats going to happen to my packages, but if they get sent back due to this, Im going to take further measures.

      UPS Tracking Number ******************* I received an email on 5/21/22 stating my package was delivered at the front door. Since it wasn't dropped off at my apartment door, I headed to the lobby and it was not there either. Our office does not hold packages for its 200 residents. I attempted to file a complaint online but did not have an ID number and did not receive an email to reset one, or a password, after trying multiple times. The website says customer service will not assist with complaints nor will they assist with logging in problems. I have not choice than to complain to your office since this is not the first time my packages have come up missing after being notified they were delivered. I want to know why the driver didn't take the elevator up to my fioor and drop my package off at my door. Were they lazy? Were they told not to by their manager? I have contacted the retailer who sent the package and requested a refund. Not only that, I have cancelled future orders because the same company is responsible for delivering - UPS.
